Yum. I love Panera. Unfortunately, this location did not put enough dressing on my salad. I did not expect it to be loaded, but I expected enough to taste the flavor- not trying to guess if I was tasting it. Also, the floor was super sticky. My feet stuck with every step. Not sure what the issue was, but this is my second time in there and it was sticky last time, too. Staff was super nice and helpful.

My experience today was a**. This establishment is too expensive for the service I received here today. The service was just trash and that’s putting it nicely. I mean I will pay for the quality of good food, no problem. But after this experience, I will try my best not to visit this location again! My order was inaccurate which is NOT A PROBLEM WHEN HANDLED APPROPRIATELY especially for Panera Bread(prices). I mean I’m no newbie to Panera food,service, atmosphere,etc.. So I ordered two spinach and cheese soufflé for breakfast and one soufflé ended up being bacon. Again no biggie, except no one asked me if I was okay subbing for bacon. Like what if I don’t eat pork or meat at all? I went in and kindly said “hey I had a mobile order for two spinach soufflé and one was bacon” and was told “oh yeah that’s because we have no more of the other kind you ordered”. And was asked “if I wanted to speak to a manager.” I said “no it’s okay. there’s no issue, but what if I didn’t eat pork? And that I just wished someone would have asked me if that was okay.” And she said “okay well yeah.” I then had to ask to be comped a desert instead of being offered one. She did oblige and asked me what I wanted. But like I said I am not new to Panera. Usually when they don’t have something or miss something, they are friendly and proffesional and offer a free desert or to make it right/let you get something else…something…anything! Ya know? Also picked up my order in the drive thru. Very unfriendly people here. The guy literally said four words to me- pull forward and my last name to confirm it was me who ordered. I said have a great day, got nothing back. Geez man…. (I don’t eat pork and I find the bacon one to be too salty so I can give the bacon one away, no problem).Am I wrong?

Three out of three times I have ordered from the menu I didn’t care for the taste of my selection. You know that you eat with your eyes as well as your taste the food looks very good and taste I am not knocking Panera’s food it’s just not my cup of tea however I will still have to order some food because my mom loves it

Ordered delivery. The salad for the Caesar salad was brown and tasted like the fridge & metal. Chicken noodle soup was mostly broth but had good flavor. My baguette was not wrapped and was just in the bag.

All I asked for was Chicken w mayo, bacon & lettuce on the softest bread they have. I got a half of a sandwich not on a roll as per usual made with toasted bread with edges blackened so hard I couldn’t eat that part. Grilled & drenched in butter. Not happy to pay almost $10 for not what I requested.

I wish that I had taken a pic but I forgot as I was eating. I ordered a teriyaki bowl and there was barely any teriyaki sauce. But that wasn’t my biggest complaint. The last two times that I have been to this location, the service has been so subpar. Today, I ordered a drink on the app and once I received my food at the window, I noticed that there wasn’t a drink with the order. I stated as such and the attendee at the window frankly says, “Umm, you didn’t order a drink”, very matter of factly. I don’t have time to argue so I just simply say ok and I’m waiting on her to ask “Well may I get you a drink now”? She just stares at me and repeats herself, again. I’m super disappointed in the service because this isn’t the first time that the service has been less than.

Don’t go here often . showed up 4:30 in the afternoon and the place was dead besides one other couple and they’re doing business. Was amazed that there were at least four dirty tables one of them covered with dirty dishes and both trash cans had absolutely overflowing bins inside and on top of them full of old dishes look like they hadn’t done the dishes in 2 weeks! Their manager must not be staying on top of things. Filthy!
