I often visit this location because it is close to my school. The food is okay but very pricey for what you get. If you are not careful then you can easily spent $20, yet the quality of the taste is exceptional. The staff has always been so accommodating, they are so friendly. Make sure that you take advantage of being a member, a lot of rewards that can decrease your order total.

I was hesitant on getting a cookie, I eventually gave in after being persuaded, I paid for my cookie and was never given my cookie. Lady at the front was nice but didn’t know about the menu or questions I had. I had ordered a certain sandwich and instead of being asked for something to be substituted, they just changed it up and let me know after the sandwich was made.

LOVE this location! We order from here probably a couple times a month and have everything delivered to the office. No matter how many orders we have with crazy customization they always get it right and it’s here in the delivery window. Love the delivery guy Siddharthan, he’s always super friendly and polite and has no issues helping me carry my orders to the office.

The $8 chicken salad sandwich I ordered has about 2 tablespoons of chicken salad in each half. It’s basically a lettuce and tomato sandwich. Not much value here. The chicken that’s on it tastes fine. The bread crust is chewy.

I used the self serve kiosk. My food was not labeled at the window and when I asked the staff if my food was ready because I got a text, they asked me what I got and generally looked confused on which bag held what. They had to open up the packaging of the sandwich, and the dine-in order was packaged as a to-go order.

I’ve given this Panera one too many chances. Today I went and ordered the you pick two. My soup was halfway filled and my turkey, avocado blt had an entire half of avocado that was NOT sliced. Just the chunk of avocado slapped inside the bread. It also had very little turkey. By the time I removed two slices of tomatos (total of 4), sliced my own avocado, and put it back together I had an avocado, tomato blt. That’s how little turkey was in it. I’ve worked in fast food, but the absolute little care given here is crazy. I guess if I ever forget my lunch again I know that this Panera cannot be counted on.
