I have been going to this location for several months multiple times a week. In the beginning, the food was great. Orders were always accurate, portions were large, and the staff was friendly. I’m not one to leave reviews, let alone bad ones, but the last month of ordering here has been so rough. I usually order a avacado/turkey blt, and the last few times the avacado has been left out and the most recent there was no bacon. I understand if ingredients are out, but they have never told me or warned me or even offered a coupon to make it right, and it’s all online orders, so I don’t notice the orders wrong until I’m already home. My breakfast recently had nearly every ingredient missing. I’m not one to call, but I’m tight on money this week, and I was really looking forward to my favorite breakfast sandwich. I did call and was super nice and the lady was super nice and apologetic as well and I informed her (even though it was also on my order) that i didn’t want the peppers on the order so i could ensure the new one was made correctly. Still to my avail I’m home with the second sandwich and it’s covered in peppers, and was missing the chipotle sauce. After attempting to call again, I felt defeated and was starving so I just ate it. This location gets extremely busy in the mornings and the workers get extremely overworked and have to do a million things at once, so it’s not completely their fault, but there needs to be a second pair of eyes on orders or more communication with the customers, because the inconsistencies are happening with nearly every order now. I’m a member and love the free drinks and coupons, but if the food continues to be this rough, I’ll just stick to the lemonade. :/

The food was good. There was no one to take our order so we had to use the kiosk. We couldn’t find any lids to fit our cups, most of the teas and lemonades were almost gone or completely gone. We found 1 table that was open and was actually clean. The bathroom was gross. I won’t be going back to this location!

What an abomination of overpriced, grade school level, cafeteria food. This place is a shell of its former self from the 2002 era when it was actually good. The food I was served is rotting and poorly crafted by a mob of angry employees. The fact they would even serve up browned, smelly and spoiled tasting guacamole is beyond my comprehension. The French onion soup had prepackaged shredded cheese dumped on it. They didn’t even bother melting it. While I stood in line awaiting the creation of this aborted concoction, the staff / cooks / inmates could be heard yelling and fighting amongst themselves. The place is a better fit to be a traveling circus or prison yard. For the $20 I was charged for this nightmare of a lunch experience, I’ll never, ever step foot back in here. Here’s a tip, hire good help, train them, manage them, and have some quality control. Good grief.

On their good days they’re good but on the bad days it’s bad. Very inconsistent. I get a chicken caesar like 95 percent of the time. And my custom order isn’t consistent. Today I ordered half salad with extra chicken, add avocado, olives, and cucumber…. I got half of a half salad, 4 strips of chicken, and half slabs of avocado that you would think this was a avocado salad. And not even enough dressing to dress the salad. A couple times ago they even forgot to give me dressing.

Horrible service there was a very rude young lady behind the counter taking my order she seemed annoyed and should not be working at s place with people it seems. She needs to have better training talking to people is what I gathered from the encounter. The food was not good it was very cold and I did not even receive what I ordered correctly.

I had accidentally send my order through the app to the wrong location! I went to pick it up and was in a hurry and it was t there! The manager Brenda, not only had it made on the fly, but called the other location and got the manager there to cancel it and refund me! WHAT WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
