Was so excited to frequent this Panera. But paying almost $12 for a pick two and getting a tablespoon of chicken salad is just insane. So def done with this restaurant.

Happened tonight. First and foremost this is the first time this has happened but hopefully will be the last. We have come to this panera for a long time and this is the first time I have been pissed. First off, our order. We ordered two bacon turkey bravos, a tomato soup, and mac and cheese along with 2 large sodas. Sodas were just non existent. We just didn’t notice till we got home cause you know we just thought oh we paid they hand us the drinks then food normal routine. so we go back get the drinks go home. I just opened the bag and instead of tomato soup I got chicken noodle. They don’t even sound the same! How can you mess that up! I am not going back again tonight so I’ll eat the chicken noodle soup but do better please. Also and side note, might be beneficial to have someone work the drive thru that speaks good English so everyone is understood

We went there to eat last night. I ordered one of their new sandwiches. However, I realized it was way to spicy for me. I asked Arjun if I could reorder the sandwich without the spicy. He said he would make me another sandwich at no extra cost. That is going above and beyond customer service. Arjun did a great job! Food is fresh and taste great.

Just left the the place.. got a free coffee with our sip club and a yummy chicken and noodle soup. It was perfect in this crisp weather and ishika even came out to check on us (we were sitting outside enjoying the weather).. great place! Definitely check it out

This has to be the slowest Panera I’ve been to. They fulfil orders out of the order they were recieved in, and visibly cheat their corporate analytics by marking orders done before they’re ready. They also consistently fail to give cups to customers who order drunks using the kiosk.

Even though the manager was running the place like general Patton. And doing an awesome job. It still took 40 minutes for me to get a single Margarita Pizza. I understand having lots of personnel and that can be a good thing but as the saying goes too many cooks in the kitchen can spoil the broth. In this case there were so many people in that kitchen I don’t know how they had room to do anything or understood what anything was. I watched as they got someone’s food wrong as I was waiting and they kept saying what food they needed but alas it did not come. Lots of activity seems to equal lots of confusion.

I usually don’t complain when a fast food restaurant gets an order wrong, especially in drive thru. I get it, things have to go fast, that’s why it’s a drive thru. This is the THIRD TIME my order has been wrong. The first time I came through the drive thru, the order was right. I got the pick two/panera duet with a grilled cheese, tomato soup, and a French bag side. Everything was right that time, no complaints. About a week later I go through the drive thru again, asking for the same thing. I realized when I got home that I had no French bag side and none of the bread cubes that came with the soup. I shook it off, thinking it was just a one time order inaccuracy. A few days later I got again, being the Panera addict I am. Same thing happened, no French bag side, and none of the bread cubes. Started getting frustrated at that point, but shook it off because I know how hard the fast food industry can be with consistent order accuracies. Today, about a month after that second situation, the service was better, the employee over the speaker was actually nice. I made sure this time (in case I was ordering wrong) to watch him but my order on the screen, everything was right. I get home and same thing, three whole consecutive times. This time I didn’t even ask for the bread side because I just had a feeling it wasn’t gonna be in there anyways, so why bother? He charged me for one anyways, still didn’t even put it in the bag. I didn’t even ask for one. I even donated an extra 50 cents to the donation thing or something, still went out with the same incorrect order. I’m better off going to a location 20 minutes the other way from home, as long as the order is correct. This staff can’t do anything correct it seems like. Those who do, respect to them, they probably go unnoticed. Never coming here again.
