I placed an online order while waiting in the drive through line (for drive through pickup) as the line was moving slow. The order was placed at 12:14pm, email that food was ready at 12:32, and finally made it to the pickup window at 1:05. Then had to wait on the tea to be ready. The food was fine, although not warm, but the wait was ridiculous.

I ordered bagels from the Kiosk in the store. It showed that they had 3 of the specific bagels that I wanted and a tub of cream cheese. After waiting 15 minutes without any food I went to the pickup window to ask where my order was. The lady said we are out of them. I said “so you had me waiting out here for 15 minutes and were not even going to come and tell me and why did your Kiosk machine tell me you had them if you were out?” This place made me look like an idiot standing there waiting for my order. They did not even had the decency to come to me to offer me something different or let me know they did not have what I wanted. Worst customer service I have ever had. If I could give them zero stars I would. What a joke.

Tried to call in an order for pickup and was told I had to place on line or in person. As my order had specific asks could not order on line. After driving 15 miles to place order was told they had no bread bowels!!!

Oh Panera. What has happened? Stopped in for a late lunch, hoping things had improved. Only three other customers in the store, yet every booth except one has dirty plates, cups and used napkins. It was hard to find a clean table. The dirty dish bins are all full. It’s obvious no one has cleaned the dining area for a very long time.

Picked up a carry-out order recently. Order was correct and ready when I arrived. I wish all locations would do better at keeping their sugar cookies in stock. Seems like they are sold out more often than not.

I placed an online order for delivery the following evening. The order arrived early. Usually, that would be a plus. In this case, the food was old and cold. I measured the pizza temperature and found the warmest spot at 98.2 degrees. Thus, I think ‘cold’ is not an unfounded exaggeration.

Panera is one of my favorite restaurants, but I’m not a fan of this location. One of the things I like about most Paneras is that they are *usually* a good place to study or work. The current location is small and has a very open floor plan with tables so close together you can hear every conversation. Almost every seat is near a main traffic area, and there is no place to just sit out of the way and study/work. This is the 2nd Panera I’ve gone to that has “upgraded” to this style, and I honestly just despise it.

I hate to leave bad reviews, but this location really needs to fix their online ordering process. Today is the third time in a row that my order has been incorrect, missing items, or even had our bag leaking soup through the bottom. I love Panera but this location is making it hard for me to continue ordering there. Something is wrong nearly every time.

What a let down. Panera has been a staple of this neighborhood for over 20 years but because of new development they moved their location. Whoever designed this new store knows NOTHING of community. It is stale, too bright, lost the fireplace, lost the nice seating. It is no longer a staple of the community. It is just a place someone wants to make money. Very sad to see the decisions they made when moving.
