Since I love the Panera chain, I am leaving 2 stars instead of 1. My recommendation is to drive the 2.5 extra miles to the 119th St location. During my visit here, there was so much wrong on so many levels: Order Accuracy, Food Quality, Cleanliness, Customer Service & Atmosphere. It’s disappointing to key in a $3 tip for 2 drinks & a bagel to have to deal with this. I rarely if ever complete surveys or leave reviews, but today’s visit definitely warranted it. Top to bottom needs re-training. Until then, steer clear.

Unfortunately, when I walked in, there was no one standing at the register, and I stood there for a couple minutes, waiting for someone to come take my order. However after a few minutes, finally someone came to take my order. The food was out quick, but I had ordered my food to-go and it came out for dine-in, so that was disappointing and I had to ask them to fix that. Also the couple who walked in after me had to walk back to the hallway where the kitchen is and ask if anyone was able to take their order so it seems to be a common thing that happens there. Hope the management can fix these issues, because ordinarily I absolutely love Panera!

okay I never make reviews but the dirty nasty look the lady at the drive thru gave me while she handed me my sandwich and chips (not even a big complicated order) was out of pocket! i’ve truly never been looked at like that before! she really just looked me in my eyes and gave me the nastiest look and didn’t say one work to me, not even a “have a nice day” NOTHING. I work in food service so I know how it goes but oh my god… do better panera off college because that was gross and traumatic to experience

Food comes out good majority of the time but the last 4 times I’ve orders Chai Tea it’s so strong and dark from too much syrup it’s un drinkable. Doordash did refund the first 2 but the others just wasted.

Ordered 2 meals at the drive-through but at the window only received 1. Manager stepped over to scold and admonish me for only paying for 1 order however we ordered correctly and it was clearly the restaurant’s fault. I would gladly have paid for the correct order, just don’t make customers feel like dirt when the mistakes are yours. We had to leave without our meal.

They have some of the best sandwiches, soups and salads. I have an autoimmune disease and can’t have a lot of gluten. They have a great menu that accommodates that! Service is always great and the drive thru is a blessing at the end of a long day!
