When you visit a new city, you never know where to eat that will be a great experience for your memories. Panera’s across from Crown Center was beyond pleasurable. The staff was smiling, patient and attentive. The salad I had was so delicious I could barely believe it. Salads anywhere are usually ho-hum but this strawberry poppy seed salad was beyond compare. I like that Panera doesn’t use most additives or preservatives that other restaurants use. I am all about natural and Panera certainly filled this bill! My husband truly enjoyed his Southwest salad and broccoli cheddar soup. If I’m in the area, I will certainly go back again. Thank you Panera staff!

The wheelchair access entrance was locked, speedy pickup orders were behind the counter, and bathrooms required a combination code. I was permitted to carry my bicycle inside. I’m a member of their Sip club.

This poor restaurant was completely unequipped to handle a lunch rush. Do not order online if you expect the time to be accurate. Our order said it would be ready in 10 minutes but it ended up taking over an hour. I got one automatically generated email saying the order would be late. The staff was busy and noticeably exhausted. The restaurant was making substitutions and not informing customers who repeatedly would come back in. The manager was frustrated with slow staff as I heard him say it a couple of times… it was an all around odd experience. Once I finally got the food it tasted good and was fresh. The 4 chips were all replaced with bread but I was so tired of being there I just took what I could get.

This may be one of the worst panera locations in the metro. I came in around 4 in the afternoon on a Saturday. The restaurant was not busy. I ordered a frozen lemonade and fruit cup.

During our Health information Management appreciation week, our department was gifted gift cards for Panera. We ordered from this location twice this week and BOTH times the orders were extremely incorrect. No attempts at satisfying the customer were made and several trips had to be made to this location in an attempt to rectify the orders. The communication about the issues they’re experiencing was abismal at best. THE ENTIRE DEPARTMENT WILL NEVER PATRON THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN

It took them 45 minutes to get my one bagel ready. If I hadn’t needed to be in the area I would have left long before then. I guess I shouldn’t feel so special. Everyone was waiting a ridiculous amount of time for their food. Rude and unprofessional doesn’t even begin to describe the employees. The seem to be under the impression they are doing us a favor by doing their job. Never again!

we came here for lunch and ordered at the kiosk. My family waited 90 mins for our food. We eventually found out they pushed the kiosk orders to the back of the line. They offered us a refund but after waiting so long from 1pm to 230pm we were starving and did not want to leave just to have our order finally be ready. Don’t come here unless you want to miss half your day waiting.
