Chicken, fries and slaw dogs were not up to par. I feel like I was ripped off. Chicken and fries apparently cooked in “BAD” grease. The slaw did not leave a good taste in my mouth.

I ask for a chicken breast sandwich combo. I was told that they didn’t have any chicken breast. Then they came back and ask me did I wanted to wait 10 minutes for the chicken breast sandwich. I replied yes. Which it took longer. Disappointed I ordered a chicken breast sandwich combo. The chicken breast was almost burnt. . The fries and lemonade was delicious.

I recommend Carter’s because of how quickly they get the food ready and it be exactly how you ordered it. The customer service is very good and the chicken, catfish fillet sandwich/dinner, mashed potatoes and ect is good as well.

The food has always been the best, as an Adel regular it was wonderful to hear they got a Carters in Quittman. The service was absolutely wonderful, and they keep the restaurant clean. Respectful cashiers and the management team was helpful. They make you feel like family and I 100% recommend it.

The food was amazing ! Corndog for child , hamburger was the juiciest hamburger I’ve had in a while and well seasoned . Pork chop dinner was seasoned well and the French fries were good . Order 2 piece thigh and leg and was given a breast . At first , I was disappointed but the breast was really tender . They have amazing sweet tea as well ! Definitely worth it !

Try calling twice about the problem we were having. So I’ll just post it here.
They obviously don’t know how to answer the phone. We ordered one thing got something else, and in our side food there was something else put in it that I’m not supposed to have. There is no logical reasonable or rational reason for that to be in the side order.
It also shows, based on the evidence that they don’t clean the grease vats very often
