For was delicious. Their kimchi was just one of the best ive ever eaten. Their tuna belly was delicious. Ive tried the curry ramen and it was so beautiful. Normally, I when I go to other places, they would be skimpy on the noodles, not this place. Be mindful when asking for extra noodles lol. My least favorite was their chili oil. Sushi, ramen, and their tacos are just yummy.

We got the platter for two and it was one of the best quality plates of sashimi, sushi, and rolls that I have had in Western Mass!
The tuna belly was marbled and buttery. Would 100% tell everyone to try it at least once!
The chef also gave us a fried Yellowtail Cheek to try and it was melt in your mouth good!

Everyone working there is so nice! They were super helpful with substitutions for our gluten free family member. Our food was delicious – especially the spicy pork. Excellent meal and atmosphere. We will definitely be back!

Such a cozy and pleasant place to eat quality sushi and other food and drinks. All the employees from the waiters to the chefs are friendly. Amazing ginger tea as well!

We have been to a lot of Japanese restaurants over the years and believe we can compare the local spots pretty well. I ordered the spicy pork ramen, the broth was good and it had plenty of noodles. A complaint I saw a few times was that there was not much meat ( I agree) and my pork was hard and chewy. My wife liked her sushi , I had a salmon roll and it was good. We ordered the kids hibachi which was huge, nice for leftovers and we tried the sparkling sake which was good. I would come here again and try some other things. Our server was polite and did a good job. Overall the food was good just not a five and I could see it being hard to get a spot on fridays and the weekend due to the size.

Amazing food I ate way too much. Was pretty busy. The inside was a nice design and the tables had hand sanitizer. The staff were awesome the refilled my water frequently (which was very much needed) and they have a bowl of lollipops for kids. If you visit I suggest the ramen and ice cream mochi’s. Overall a really great restaurant.

The chicken yakisoba was absolutely delicious, as was the side garden salad with ginger dressing. However, the chicken itself was a big disappointment — about half was tender and perfectly seasoned, while the other half was so tough and inedible that I had to spit it out. Service was also questionable. Our waitress came across as condescending, rude, and passive-aggressive, which really dampened the experience. Overall, the food shows a lot of promise, but the service might be enough to ruin your night. I’m not sure if I’d return.

Update: it’s been two years since the below and I have been back more times then I care to admit. I have recommended to many. Love this place.

Party of 3. Even though we arrived after lunch, it was still quite busy. Our server was great but it was clear that she was overwhelmed and they were short-staffed. We got 2 sushi rolls, gyoza, 2 ramens and 1 yaki-soba. The sushi rolls were surprisingly small and poorly wrapped, falling apart immediately when being picked up. The gyoza were okay, maybe a bit over-fried. The 2 ramen and yaki-soba were rough. My yaki-soba was sickly-sweet, and both of the ramens were sweet as well, which is something we’ve never encountered in a ramen broth before.
We’ve had decent meals at kisara in the past, which is why we brought our out-of-town friend here. We’re sad that this is the only meal she experienced out on the town with us.

Delicious food, super accommodating for my dietary needs, the nicest staff. We had the hibachi and it was juicy and delicious, and the salmon and tuna rolls were fresh and tasty. Our server Karen was the best! One of our Easthampton favorites
