So bad experience!!!!!!!!!! Went there with my boy this morning, he had a reading reward from the Champaign library. We went there to pick the reward for him. I was thinking to get something else because I already had a coffee in the morning. The cashier looks like not really happy, and very impatient. I think she might have a hard day. I told her I need a little bit time to figure out. She want to works something and come back to me later. I was keep thinking then try to open the app for payment later. In the time a group people coming, I was so surprised she say Hi to them with her big smile!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And with her full patience to them !!!!!! ?????????? So she just doesn’t want to serve us？Because we have coupon? Or because we are Asian? I feel so bad about Panera‘ discrimination. Then I walked away and drive to Starbucks!!!!!!!!!! They are so Nice!!!

One star, yep, had a hard time with these items tonight. One you pick two and 1/2 salad. Just left out the soup, but that’s ok, they said I can drive all the way across town to get my soup. Should they give the next meal on them? Yes, they should. She will make a note of it that I can come grab that cup of soup sometime in the future. I’m sure that is how she would want to be treated. I wish I could say this is the first time this has happened.

My husband and I had a rare breakfast date here and enjoyed every aspect. We had a variety of breakfast items from baked goods, egg dish, cold drinks, to hot mocha and nothing disappointed. The price was a little higher than a quick breakfast but the quality made it worth while.

It is very frustrating that not all item will either get boxed or sleeved. Today I order a soufflé and a cinnamon roll. The cinnamon role was boxes but the soufflé was not. The napkins and plastic ware were dumped on top. Gross!!!!!!!!! Plus my soufflé was cold. Boo! Hiss!
