I had a very disappointing experience on my most recent visit, about two years ago. The menu had changed significantly, there were no longer any warm bowls, and the sandwiches were served on hard, bland half baguettes instead of the sliced bread they previously used. The chicken tasted like it had been reheated straight from the freezer. Overall, the changes suggested switch in leadership and a lack of understanding of what made Panera good before.

Nice quiet location. Got a toasted sandwich just before I flew out of o’hare. Friendly staff and fast service. Only drawback was they were out of avocado so I ordered a different sandwich which hit the spot.

Decent food, reasonable prices. I don’t think I’ve ever gotten my order entirely correct. It’s always something wrong or missing. BUT, It’s a great place to meet with an old friend to just sit and talk. They don’t rush you out and with free soft drink refills, it makes the bad service not so important.

We had placed an order at 4:08 pm today and they took 20 minutes to complete an order. Once our order had come out we sat down to eat just for one of the order to have an item that they said they currently did not have. So went up to fix the issue just for the on-site manger to give me additional trouble and sassing me to the point where I had to get the information of the general manger

They were out of arugula by 11am. App says that you can replace the item but gives you zero options for any other lettuce. Switched to the grain bowl that I have ordered may times in the past. I always order extra salsa Verde because there is usually so little. Idk if your employees are trying to be funny or just too lazy to remake something that they obviously screwed up but my entire grain bowl might as well be salsa Verde soup. It’s inedible and I just spent $13 on this thing. This was ordered at 11:15am on Sunday June 18th (Father’s Day) if you wanted to check with your staff or let them know how to properly make the meal.

This is my local Panera bread so safe to say that I visited often. My food from here is always good and fresh. However, be sure to check your bag before you leave, it’s not often but sometimes your order is incorrect.

You got to be kidding! Paid extra to get avocado ended up 12$ for 30% of the plate, literally… I always get the same bowl, this location is so cheap ! There was exactly 1 arugula leaf ! A drop of hummus where there should be a table spoon of it at least! Just absurd. Stealing money! Never ever would I recommend this location. Block it from your maps.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. The staff messed up a couple sandwiches that my husband and I ordered. They’ve started serving their bread on thin bread and when I asked the manager why she told me they had always been that way. I tried to argue with her (since I know that’s not true) but she just shut me down and told me she’d been there for years and that they had always been served that way. So now I’m mad because she’s lying right to my face and being rude about it. I figured if I told corporate they could set her right and buy me 2 sandwiches to replace the ones they messed up. It took a week for their “customer care representative ” to send me my gift card and it was for $5, not even enough to cover one sandwich. I’ve never been so insulted, terrible service. I would not recommend anyone to go to this location or even any other if this is how they treat their customers. I’ve been a loyal customer for years but I will not be going back.
