Great food and customer service. The space is limited so it feels crowded. The food is good and predictable among the chain. I had the Thai style soup, medium spice, and it was delicious. The lunch comes with a free drink. There is plenty street parking and they serve you fast. The only thing again, is that it feels crowded.

The service at this particular location is lackluster, and despite having multiple workers at any given time, you still have to flag someone down for help as they dont seem to provide customer service or check up. The last few visits, workers have not thoroughly cleaned off the tables, instead they would just take all the dirty plates from previous guests and seat the next group without cleaning. Multiple visits I have been sat at dirty tables and would have to flag someone down to clean. From my experience, its easier to let the server know what you’ll be needing (extra chopsticks/ napkins, water, etc) from the time they take your order since they don’t seem to check up at all.
I will say the food has improved over the years, but they still need to fix the issue of the mild spicy being TOO spicy. Portions feel generous compared to previous years, so its easier to share a meal between my boyfriend and I

I visited on a Tuesday afternoon for lunch, and the place was surprisingly empty. One highlight of going there during lunchtime is the complimentary green/ black tea they offer.
Normally, I go for the beef pot, but this time I decided to switch things up and try the milk cream curry pot. I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious it was, even though its appearance wasn’t the most appealing. The sea salt cream in the broth really worked wonders.
Service was efficient, and the staff was friendly. Street parking is widely available, and you might get lucky enough to find a spot right in front of Boiling Point.

Amazingly fast and friendly service. Although you do find yourself sitting with an empty glass from time to time. Just grab anyone. They are all very happy to help!

Both broths were full of flavor but my brisket/beef fell way short compared to the original. The flavors coming out of that bowl were like ratatouille explaining the cheese and grapes combination to his brother. Just wow.

There was no wait as I arrived before the dinner rush. But the service is lackluster, the staff doesn’t really pay attention to the tables. They don’t really come up to you until you call them over or if they’re doing their routine soup refills or bringing your pot over. So I had to wave them over for anything I needed – more napkins, water, and even to order my food.
I’ve come to BP many times and have enjoyed the House Special, Beef, and Lamb hot pots but this time – I decided to try the Korean Bean Paste. It’s not that great. The soup was lacking in flavor.

Super quick and fast service, the food was delicious and very filling. We got Lamb, Beef, and Curry. All full and pleased with the meal! The waiters were very nice and checked on you often. Overall filling and delicious. 4.5!

This place is BOMB!!! Flavors, portion, visual excitement. Only sad part is how tiny the place is ( and it was cold when we arrived). But food is just on point. The place was super busy, so not much service to comment on. And loved the people I arrived with so atmosphere is biased. But again tiny place, and you can tell they want to get you in and out quick. But the food comes out quick and it is a lot of it.
