I always enjoy Panera bread….. I come here more often due to the sip club…. If you go I do advise walking in for quicker service. The drive-thru doesn’t move that fast.

This location sucks. Last few times, I thought it was a fluke, but this location is low effort compared to other locations. Look at this low effort cinnamon crunch bagel and compare my photo to other locations you visit. Either staff is not trained properly or they dont care. Location on Lemont Road in Downers is WAY better with food quality. You’ve been warned.

Exceptional customer service.
I walked in requesting catering services for a presentation at an important client company: food and drinks for a party of ten, ready for takeout in 15 minutes. The manager personally assured me that they would do everything in their power to meet my request… and they did. My client presentation was a great success!

I always have my order delivered…today I ordered half sandwich and a cup of soup with a side order of fruit….fruit cup was only half full!! $5.19 for half of a fruit cup!! Never again!!

Went to panera first time in few years.
Chicken noodle is salty to bitterness.
Asiago buns are undercooked with pieces of dough inside of them.
Then they over toast it to the bitter dark crisp on a the bun.
Insane. Can’t cook soup and a simple bun after being in business for decades.

This location is behind some of the others. The coffee dispensers are the old ones and the coffee is not very hot. They also had some weird stickiness on the floor, which the manager explained was a cleaning product. But the place did not smell clean. My food was only warm, yet I only had ordered it about five minutes earlier online.

The staff at this Panera are always so friendly and welcoming, which makes every visit enjoyable. The place is always clean, and the bakery items are consistently fresh and delicious. Special shoutout to Dan, the baker, who does a great job!!!

Arrived at Panera at about 810 pm. 50 minutes before close.
I was looking forward to a soup bread bowl and a cookie. There were no sweets at all! When we asked, the cashier told us that they were all put away and not available for purchase- despite the fact that there was a full rack right behind her. We were told that was for the next day. I received my cold soup with no side… that it is supposed to come with.
My friend ordered a salad and iced coffee. We were not given bread, apple or chips (sides that are supposed to come with our order)- when we asked, we were told that they were out. We couldn’t get a piece of bread…. at Panera, the bread company!
To make things even worse, the staff was rude and could not be bothered to provide a cup for the iced coffee or a lid for the box we were taking to go.
And then they had the nerve to ask for a tip…. when our incomplete meals should have been discounted.

Prices continue to go up, serving sizes go down. This is the salad I paid $15 for (after tax). Definitely not the size of a full dinner salad. Other Panera’s fill the container. Not going here again.

Choices of drinks are great. Love the flavored lemonade with caffeine. Prices seem to be increasing as we spent nearly $31 for 2 people. Two pick 2’s and 1 drink. Tables and seats were dirty in several places. Needed a wipe down. Didn’t love that they just yell your name when your order is ready. No buzzers at this location.
