I have ordered this sandwich a lot over the years. I was very disappointed to find they made the sandwich with the ends of the bread loaf. Once you get it home you know you’re going to eat it rather than return it. I guess quality control is going down hill. The problem is that this is supposed to be the highest quality. It’s not! Too bad. Time to find another sandwich place.

Every experience I have at this Panera location is top! They make sure to make my food perfectly and always are so sweet. Love the sip club membership. I normally get a bagel & cream cheese or lunch I get the you pick 2 even seasonal items. Great service & atmosphere!!

Food is always tasty here and they do let you know when ordering if they are out of an ingredient and what they can substitute it with. Staff is polite and they will go through your order to make sure they got it right. Their bread is to die for.

This is my 3rd time frequenting this location. Every time I had an unpleasant experience. This last time simply no Wi-Fi. Last time I order my food it didn’t come up or someone else took my food. The server was very rude to me, and I demanded a refund and walked out without food. This review is only for this particular Panara bread location. I am a student, and apart of the sip club and haven’t ran into sub-par customers service except at this location. Last month I got a ghost charge from this location and I didn’t eat there. There are some questionable things happening in my opinion at this location.
