Hit or miss. One day you may get fresh food, the next day food is old. My kids love this place which keeps me coming back only. Kids dont really care for the quality of food just that it’s McDonald’s. I can say I have never ordered a meal and and every item was fresh something is always old such as fresh fries and old nuggets,or fresh burger and old fries.

Went at 7:00 at night, I got a quarter pounder was horrible…. dried out , petrified bun, don’t expect five star restaurant food but for $37 for three meals I do expect to get what I pay for. Just needed a quick meal, which I didn’t get

No salt at all on the fries, no onions on my burger patties after I specifically asked for onions. The lady at the drive thru wasn’t happy to be there. They weren’t busy at all, so I’m not sure what the problem was.

I visited this location on Saturday August 23rd 2025 and idk what they are doing at this location that every other location I’ve ever been to (and it’s A LOT) ISN’T doing but they need to be 1st off I forgot to tell them that I didn’t want any onions or pickles on my burger and I remembered right before they brought us our order, even so they still without being mad or having that face of UGH!! Made my burger how I wanted it and brought it out with our entire order. That burger was THE ABSOLUTE BEST BURGER FROM A MCDONALD’S I’VE EVER HAD hands down no other location even comes close I could actually taste the salt and pepper and meat and cheese separately but while I was chewing an entire bite I’m telling you I’ve never tasted a burger so good, I would even go so far as to say best burger from any restaurant EVER!!!!! Thank you Dresden, TN McDonald’s I will return

Placed a mobile order at 10:26 for a big breakfast and 2 mcchicken griddles. Thinking they can just toss it together and just go on. No my girlfriend gets there at 10:33 for them to basically say they threw away all the breakfast already BEFORE 10:30 and couldn’t serve us that we would have a refund in 24 hrs I hate this McDonald’s and will not be back again. Drive the 15-20 min to Martin and save the anger.

Love the newer kiosk you can use to place your orders and pay if you choose or go old style and place your order with their friendly staff. The fairly recent addition of lane 2 at the drive through helps to ensure you receive your food fast.
