First time trying the infamous Wendy’s Chili, however I had it over fries- ‘chili cheese fries’ and I have to say that my favorite thing was the ghost pepper ranch!!.. it had the perfect amount if heat and flavor-yummm, chili was a little watered down, and could’ve used some flavor/seasoning. I do wish there were more veggie options. I know better. I guess I can now say that I’ve had Wendy’s Chili and lived to tell the tale.

Basically this is a fair Wendy’s located in downtown Renton, the food is good like all Wendy’s, they should open up more register lines during lunch as it gets crowded. This location was recently remodeled and is much nicer now.The manager on duty was attentive and doing her best to keep things moving,so points for that.

It was fine. I walked in and it took a little while for someone to take my order. We ordered nuggets and the staff didn’t ask if we wanted sauce.
There were some young men soliciting outside the door, they followed us in a few minutes later and were asking for money from us within the establishment.

Put my door dash order in at 1045. They cancelled it at 1am and I never got anything. There is a reason min wage jobs exist. For people like this that cannot do their job.

I actually had to throw out all my food from here. 40 bucks worth in the trash. I can’t believe it but not a single thing was good. So bad I was concerned if it was even edible. Very bad quality

I dunno if it’s going downhill or they just had a bad night but the food and soda here are by far the worst Wendy’s food I’ve had. Wound up dumping it all out.
Oh and don’t expect them to care at all if there’s a problem.
My advice is to steer clear of this Wendy’s.

I never write reviews but when you mess up twice Im upset. I ordered 2 biggies bags one with a crispy chicken sandwich and one with a Jr bacon cheese burger. Got all the way home and when I went to eat I saw they gave me a chicken sandwich instead of a Jr bacon cheese burger. I would have just eaten it but it looked so unappetizing. It was just chicken with a piece of cheese on a bun. So I went back to get what I ordered and they gave me a cold Jr bacon cheese burger with a tomato bigger than the patty, an unmelted piece of cheese, cold bacon and there was no lettuce.
I wasted my gas to come all the way back and get treated like I did something wrong. No apology and didn’t even care. The line was too long to go back after I looked at my burger.
I’m never going back here again.

Ordered online via the app, food wasn’t ready so it could sit and get cold while they cook more or I could leave with a different item. In the sake of time and not wanting my food to get cold I took the different item.
At least they gave me an option and I could get back to work faster.
