This Panera bread always messes up the food orders. They give the right order, but the food itself isn’t okay. I order a “WARM Mediterranean grain bowl” and it’s ALWAYS cold. And it’s always made differently, sometimes they’ll add greens, sometimes they won’t.

It is still a Panera breads but you will have a special experience here. There puck two is more delicious and flavorful. Coffee is fresher than any other Panera I have been. The store itself is crowded but super clean.

Poor service. Everytime I visit Panera in this location, service is nearly terrible. Workers always have the same facial expression (eye rolling emoji) and they seem to not want to work. At the pick-up area, there is a worker lady standing in front of it calling out peoples’ names when their order is ready, and for some apparent reason they did not call my name and my order was sitting in the pick-up area for about 5 full minutes, me not noticing because normally she would call out the name of the order. Absolutely none of the workers seem remotely enthusiastic. Food is 7/10, Atmosphere 4/10, Service 0/10.

Best Panera Ever! The food is well prepared and fresh, but the level of service is the difference makers. Employees are always filling the creamers and clearing tables and if you need something they always help… even in the middle of lunch rush or at closing time! They really put the customers first!!!

I’m a long time customer of this location. I was excited when they move to its current spot and added drive thru. I’ve never written a review or complained about a restaurant as I’m in the industry myself. I can’t take it anymore my order 8 times out of 10 will be made incorrectly as well as waiting on avg 25 to 30 mins for my order. I’ve asked can you please make sure they add the avocado I paid extra for on my salad. Asst managers response was ” why do you keep coming back if your order is wrong”. The lack of concern on the teams part is concerning. They have many new faces all the time and it’s always the same which makes me think it’s the leadership of this store. Please someone step in and help this store get better. It’s not to much to ask for my order to be made correctly as well as timely.

After coming here to eat, and hearing the kitchen door squeak so many times it has made me not want to eat here anymore. I think the manager just won’t oil the door. I know that there are many stores that sell oil for gears and doors. Home Depot is a great starting place that sells many products. I hear that they sell it for at least $25. For $25 and needing to oil only once every 730 days, it’s unbeatable. I took inspiration from the urinal complaint and I can say hasn’t been fixed.
