Fusion Flavors in Hagerstown is a decent spot if you’re craving Indian food, but it sits somewhere in the middle. The place is clean, the staff are friendly, and the food is tasty enough, but the menu feels a little too safe. A lot of the dishes lean toward the “Americanized Indian” side, which works for newcomers but leaves anyone wanting authentic flavors wishing for more. It would be great if they expanded the menu to include classics you’d expect at a proper Indian restaurant—things like chaat, regional curries, or even fresh naan varieties. And honestly, no Indian place feels complete without a good cup of masala chai, which is missing here. Prices are fair for the area, so overall it’s worth a visit, but there’s definitely room to grow if they want to stand out as truly authentic.

Everyone knows and loves Chef Raj and his food. His new restaurant, I’m happy to say, is pure Chef Raj. He brings all of the classic Indian dishes we love, to life. If you like heat, he’s got you covered. If you like traditional flavors, he’s got you there as well. Come out and say hi to Chef Raj (he’s always patrolling ), and sample genuine Indian home cooking.

I had lunch at Fusion Flavours today, and it was DELICIOUS!
I have had the opportunity to eat at 3 of Raj’s restaurants that he has owned in the Hagerstown MD area, and I have never once been disappointed!
For lunch today, I had the buffet. I tried every option available and everything was fantastic.
Some of the items that were included on the buffet today were:
Tandoori chicken, Manchurian chicken, eggplant, okra, chicken tikka masala, onion bhaji, and creamed spinach. We also ordered garlic naan… which in my opinion- is the best naan that we have in this area!
For dessert, I had coffee mousse, and one of the most delicious rice puddings I have ever had.
If you enjoy Indian food- you have to check out Fusion Flavours!
10/10 in every aspect!!!

As soon as our big family came into eat, we were met with smiling faces and FRESH naan Everything we ate was packed full of flavor. The buffet also looked fresh and appetizing. We decided on the Chicken Byriani Rice and Butter Chicken and both were perfection. Then owner/chef also brought out rice pudding and fresh fries to accommodate our toddler. You can tell he loves his customer. Also if you’ve never had a mango lasi, highly recommend! We will absolutely be back

We are long-time members of the “Chef Raj Fan Club” from the days of his first Hagerstown restaurant, Taj India, to the Mango Grill years—and now his long-awaited comeback at Fusion Flavors!
We live in Baltimore now so didn’t get to Fusion Flavors until recently. Definitely worth the trip! Raj hasn’t changed in all these years, and the food on our lunch buffet was absolutely delicious. Perfectly spiced. As vegetarians we always appreciate the many choices, and our lunch companions loved the chicken and lamb dishes as well. The chai iced tea is also delicious and the naan is always fresh.
Chef Raj’s Indian food is better than any we’ve had here or abroad over the past 40 years. Highly recommended if you’re in the Hagerstown area!!

This place has been on my list to visit in Hagerstown for a few months now. I regret not coming here sooner. The food is phenomenal. The flavor is everything I love and more. The tikka masala and chicken 65 are both great. The spice and flavor in the 65 is perfect.
I highly recommend eating here if you love Indian food. I can say with absolute certainty that I will be back.
This restaurant is 5 star reviewed for a reason!

Chef Raj (formerly of Mango Grill) makes the best, authentic homestyle Indian food. Hagerstown is so lucky to have him. His food is incredibly delicious! He really has a passion for what he does and it truly shines through in the quality and taste of his food. We got chicken jalfrezi, peas paneer, lamb korma, and saag sabnam. Everything was soo good, hot and fresh tasting. You cant go wrong with anything on his menu. It looks like they have a daily lunch buffet as well. Coming from a person of Indian origin, go here! You’ll be in heaven.

Chef Raj is the best! I have not found better Indian in nearby cities like DC or Baltimore. Hagerstown, you have one gem of a restaurant! My favorites are eggplant bharta, chicken manchurian, chicken tikka masala, chicken madras, and saag. Definitely recommend the garlic naan.

We are so happy that Chef Raj is again delivering top notch, flavorful authentic cuisine! The 40 minute drive is well worth it. We’ve both ordered from the menu and had the buffet, and everything is delicious, every time.
