This restaurant has wonderful sandwiches, (especially the Italian). The employees are courteous, and polite. The breakfast sandwiches excellent! The muffins , brownies, cookies, and pastries delicious. The managers are caring and professional.
The restaurant is always clean and the coffee is outstanding! Thank you Panera Bread in Round Lake Beach for a great restaurant and Exceptional Employees!

Place was seriously so dirty. I haven’t had Panera in so long and honestly I’ll prob never have it again. You guys are famous for your bread bowls and you only had one left? That’s insane. Sandwich wasn’t good either. But on the bright side I didn’t get food poisoning:)

I highly recommend NOT going to this Panera bread employees are terrible , they miss food in my order and they didnt care to give me the rest and they “ weighed the bag” and they know whats inside and whats not in the bag and still got my order messed up with a small instead of a large i WOULDNT NEVER GO BACK !. And i spent $100 for them not to care about there customer Both of the people at the window are Disrespectful and dont know how to talk to you Politely and normal they rolled there eyes and were laughing. Im highly disappointed and my hot food was slightly cold …. DO NOT GO …. Go somewhere else or save your money !.

One guy taking 7 minutes and counting still in the drive through after he paid is kinda ridiculous not having him pull forward just holding everything up makes me regret doing an online order for pickup through the drive through. Not sure whybi thought this would be faster and of course im stuck because of the curb and the line of cars behind me

Got soup for my mom in the drive thru. Good soup. The line moved quick. I can’t really comment on atmosphere since drive through windows don’t offer much ambiance.

I was in Monday night for an uber eats pick up order. I told the name of customer & the girl (her name tag said Ale) walked away & was packing food in boxes, didnt say a word. They were very busy & I saw 6 employees all working hard. After waiting about 10 minutes I asked Ale was there something they were waiting on. She replied “orange chicken”. About 5 more minutes later I hear a girl cooking shout out orange chicken & pass a big bowl over. Ale scooped out a tiny amount out of the old bowl & put it on top the new & then exchanged bowls. It then took about another 5 minutes for her to get the full order packed & hand to me. It was a family order of multiple items in a box with a carry handle, it was very heavy & easily could’ve busted through the bottom so I made sure to hold it from the bottom & when I finally got it to the customer told them to be careful & do the same as I was handing it over. When Ale gave me the order she said Donovan which was the name on it & I asked is the powerade bottle they ordered in there?! Ale then looks at the receipt & then hands me the drink! No sorry about that or anything. However the man running the register had apologized for the wait while I was waiting. He is very friendly & good with people. Im not sure if hes new this was only the 2nd time ive seen him but the friendliest employee there. I realize they were busy & things can take longer but from watching during the wait I noticed they were not prepared for a busy evening. I saw things such as one girl getting in the way of another scooping food etc to get to go boxes stocked on her side. Thats something that can be done before the busy dinner hours! Also the cooks were moving fast so it appeared the people packing & serving food had waited to let them know more orange chicken was needed until they were out. Im normally sent in this location during the day & orders are usually ready. Im not sure if this was just a bad night but was rather disappointing.

there was chunks of chicken and what appears to be corn in my salad dressing cup… im a vegetarian so I ordered the ceaser salad with no chicken and I replaced the ceaser with green dressing…

The strawberry lemon poppyseed salad is so good, fresh, and clean. I get mine with chicken but you can order it without if you are vegetarian. I also love the charged lemonade strawberry lemon mint, the apple cranberry one is good too. I haven’t tried the Mango Citrus yet but I’m sure it is good too. I also recommend the Mac and cheese it’s so good

Edit: The food quality has gone down at this location. Especially the fresh items like salads. I didn’t eat my last lunch because I was worried the lettuce would make me sick. It’s becoming more hit or miss than consistent.

I love finding just the right spot to sit here. My favorite is sitting outside on a nice day.

I was in the neighborhood and I stopped by to pick up a quick bite to eat and ordered this amazing salad. Wow!! so very fruity and delicious. This really made my day. 🙂
