This location is consistently terrible. This was supposed to be a deep dish pizza and sticks. I get all the way home to find this garbage so I call and ask for a refund. Supervisor said I have to come all the way back to the store. So I do and she won’t come out there talk to me. Then the kids working the front told the manager I threatened them, and I didn’t. So I get home to a voicemail left by the threatening angry manager telling me not to come back to his store. All because you guys have terrible service, but this is my fault. Watch your footage before calling customers at 9pm at night to yell at them for something your employees are lying about.

Perfect service today, perfect Italian cheese bread! The staff was very friendly and helpful and the overall atmosphere of this pizza place is calm and clean. I have to say they are much more polite than the people at 1. Boot Barn and 2.Golden Corral down the street from this lovely location. It’s very convenient close to the casino and a park and movie theater. I couldn’t be more pleased with my order, I had to make sure I tipped. I know it doesn’t look like much and you may think it’s just pizza but they literally made my day!

Will never order from this location again. Placed a custom order for a stuffed crazy pizza. Arrived on time to be ignored when trying to receive my order. There was a guy in the back making pizzas that clearly saw me. didn’t let anyone of the 2 lazy people in the back that there was a customer. When I finally received my pizza it was cold and the cheese was in clumps. I returned the pizza but was ignored by a hispanic guy putting pizza in the pizza portal. When i finally received my refund the black girl had an attitude giving me one. Save your time and your money

Tried making me pay for a raw pizza. Black girl working the morning shift. Compare the pepperoni they gave me vs the Hawaiian. And she had the audacity to ask me what’s wrong with it. She refused to give me her name. Not sure how they do it in Ethiopia but that’s not how we do it here in the states.

This place needs help. The pizza is never ready even when ordering online. I have been here for 30 minutes, have heard 3 or 4 phone calls ignored, and the one short guy basically having an attitude with a customer.
Can’t imagine anyone coming in to order as there is no one at the front counter, everyone is in the back. There are pizzas in the hot and ready but no one to sell them.
They finally cleared the lobby, have 15 pizzas in hot and ready yet no one made my order. So now I wait an additional 10 minutes, yes they are giving me a free pizza, but over an hour of my time has more value. I feel sorry for the door dash guy that has waited as long as i have and he is trying to make a living.

This establishment needs to learn a few lessons in time management, training in customer service, and someone deconstruct their whole way of operating and start from scratch because when I tell you it’s the most disorganized, slowest, unfriendly LC I’ve been to, I’m not even beginning to kid. We all keep giving them our business out of convenience, so they have no incentive to correct their very scattered and poorly managed way of operating.
I’m done with this one and you all should follow suit. Maybe the owner/operator will reconsider investing in his employees and getting himself and them educated and motivated properly so we don’t have to wait 45 mins to around 1.5 hours for one “Hot & Ready” pizza that takes 10 mins to bake.

Pizza and wings are ALWAYS great, better than most other pizza places.
Management, organization and friendliness? Not so much. When they get busy (which is often), they seem to just fall apart and hide in the back.

I ordered 2 stuffed crust pizza and a flat pizza. The pizzas came so small! Definitely not like the usual size. Not only that but I took a bite into the stuffed crust and inside was a long hair twisted in with the cheese. Very upset with this.
Tried to call and work this out and they transferred me 5 times and would not help me!
