I walked in to order and noticed no one was at the register. I thought ok no problem I’ll just wait a little while. Well a little while turned into several minutes. And the worst part is several different employees made eye contact with me and NO ONE made any effort to tell the cashier that there’s a customer or simply say, “we’ll be right there sir”. Also, right behind the register there was a girl loading dough in the oven and not once did she ever acknowledge me or anything.

Finally, I got my cappuccino with almond milk)))!There is almond milk in the Vernon Hills location. It would be great if each location had something non-dairy for coffee. The food is always fresh and delicious. The staff is very friendly. Thank you very much ☺️

Sandwich was awful. All bread and grease. Hard unripe avocado, greasy melted cheese and lumps of chicken only flavor came from bits of slightly hot pepper. Cheated out of 2 dollars change.

It was a slow Sunday, but the service was still top notch. The manager waited patiently while I decided what I wanted and even explained to me the difference in costs for each option I had and took my order and then one of the workers brought my order to my table. I didn’t have to get up! Bravo Panera!
