Today was just. . . .blah. We’ve been coming to this location for quite some time but today makes me question if I’ll ever come back. We walked in and immediately saw no one was at the counter so we tried to order on their human-less stations. When finding it impossible to order what I wanted for my daughters, we got in line. A young lady who was very kind appeared to be ending her shift. Said someone would be with us shortly. Roughly 6 minutes later of standing in silence with a baker walking back and forth acknowledging us, but not coming forward, we had a gentleman with a headset come out. While he apologized for the delay he stated he must have been on the phone possibly taking some sort of order? Where are the other employees?
We took our order, and after all this, I realized by the pile of dirty dishes all over the trash and recycling area. In addition to how dirty all the tables were, they must be severely understaffed. I understand it’s the holidays and things can get hectic and people take off. As a parent, however, trying to manage a 5 and 8-year-old in a line with no one present for 6 minutes… That’s a bit rough. With my hourly rate, and how long we waited, my food could have been paid for.
I’m rolling the dice on whether or not we will return, and hopefully this isn’t a local management issue. Panera corporate, how about you send some employees their way?

I recently visited “panera bread” in Madeline and I was impressed. The food was delicious, the design was modern and stylish, and the bathroom was clean.
I ordered the motsarella sandwich with turkey and it was one of the best I’ve ever had. The turkey was fresh and flavorful, the bread was soft and chewy, and the toppings were perfectly balanced. The latte was also excellent, with a rich and creamy flavor.

Like coffee sign up for the sip club, but watch out you’ll soon buy lots of other yummy stuff. Just plain good food services is nice. Sometimes they get busy. Avoid lunch hour if you don’t like noise and crowd. In Spring outdoor seating is a good option. And their awnings attract bird Nests. So check off two boxes at once nature watching and caffeinating.

YUM YUM YUM! The Chicken Chipotle Avo Melt was a blast of delicious, savory flavors. I really like the innovation here and adding new combinations to the menu. Just the thought of chicken, cheese, avocado, and chipotle sauce makes my mouth water, and Panera killed it with the execution. Took a little long to make but it was worth it in the end! 5 stars!

Probably won’t be back to this location. Did a pretty simple order this morning and items were missing or totally wrong. Looks like we got whatever bagels they could grab vs what was ordered. Called to see what could be done and wasn’t happy w solution.

We go to Panera quite a bit however this one left us a little bit lacking. It was just dirtier than most and even the decorations haven’t been changed while as we’re at the end of April and they still had St Patrick’s Day decorations. The service was unmotivated and almost sent as if we were in the way of their work rather than providing than work. The food also was missing something. It just seemed far more stable than normal it wasn’t as moist and delicious as I expected.

7:45 am – Ordered an egg and cheese croissant with coffee. I was the only customer at the time inside the restaurant besides a few cars in the drive through. Met by someone who may have been shift Manager that had been there all night. A little groggy and croaking. There was soapy water flowing out of the kitchen area into the walk area in front of the pick up counter. Someone decided to place a slippery floor pilon as a precaution but there was still couple of inches of water pooled.
I received my sandwich which was put together by either a kindergartner or someone who had lost all motivation in life. The eggs were globbed right in the middle with no cheese. The top slice was placed opposite to the bottom. It made me laugh more than upset. I still give it 2 stars for the laugh.

Just picked up my food and I ordered the pick two and asked to switch the bread to the white bread bc it’s softer and easier to chew for me. I don’t come here every day or every week but thanks for giving me barely any tuna on my sandwich. Very much appreciate being so kind to workers I always say please and thank you to just seen my half made sandwich. I would call you directly but I already have enought anxiety in my life just wish you guys would know that I switch the bread bc it’s softer not bc I’m trying to get a free or bigger sandwich.
