The managers were highly visible, warm and friendly, and provided 10/10 customer service. I would go out of my way to go to this Panera for the warm welcome I received alone! Food was great. Atmosphere was the game changer. Free parking.

This is by far my favorite Panera Bread in MN! I love the healthy & delicious food they serve. Even better is the service at this particular location. Pauline was so kind and genuine when she came up to me today. She reminded me of my own grandmother. You don’t see many today working like she was either. I felt obligated to leave a nice review. You can tell she takes pride in her job. It was so refreshing to see. If only my own generation worked as hard as she was. I’ve also talked to the general manager in the past and she was a breath of fresh air. It starts with great employees, then great service, and great portions of the freshest food that comes out in a timely manner. The best part about Panera is the food is absolutely delicious and you will never feel guilty when you leave after your full. I highly recommend this location. I wish they had a Panera in Albertville where I live!

Visited this Panera Bread location on Friday, 11/14/25, at 5:45 pm, and after waiting 15 mins for service, I left. You could hear people talking in the back, but no one was working the counter. The pastry counter was empty except for a couple of trays with crumbles on them. I double checked their hours on the door, and it said they were open till 9 pm.
Sad experience…remember when Panera was always busy, with displays full of great pastries, and staff ready to take your order. Not anymore and not this location.

There are specials every day. The soups are very tasty. There is an excellent selection of hot and cold beverages like many varieties of teas. The booths are very comfortable.

The food is tastes good BUT they are frequently out of things. Today: sliced tomatoes, mixed greens, avocado, and as we were leaving we heard they were out of baguettes. Keep in mind, for the non-baked goods, there is a HyVee grocery store within walking distance.

The place is absolutely filthy. Food under the tables, tables not cleaned, men’s bathroom filthy. Looks like someone has cleaned in over a week. When complained to counter staff, she simply said, “I know”. Left and went to Perkins!

I’ve never had to wait for a toasted bagel before, and to save time today I ordered one at the counter and waited over 10 minutes. I wasted my lunch break waiting for a bagel, and now I’m using the rest of it to leave this negative review. What used to be fulfilled on the spot -slicing and toasting a bagel- is now relegated to the kitchen and added to the queue. Plenty of staff. Not to mention it cost $4.11 before tip.
