Good food and good ambience. In store app is also too good with a very user friendly interface, only thing is screen is very small. Good ambience with lot of space and very good lighting. Unlimited Sip is one of the main attractions. Though quantity is very less, everything tasted good.

I drove from Apple Valley Panera because the store was out of the bread to make the grilled cheese. I ordered 3 full sized grilled cheese and a French onion soup with extra cheese. The grilled cheese was made on buns. I was never informed of the substitution and the French Onion soup had no cheese. I called and spoke with a manager and they basically told me I was informed of the substitution ( which I was not) I did not discover the no cheese till after I hung up. $$$ not well spent.

Probably the worst experience at a Panera to date. My chicken cesar salad had pieces of frozen chicken in it still, my avocado still had the pit skin in it and it was hard / unripe. The salad was so bland. My husband’s chicken sandwich was lukewarm and unimpressive. My two year old daughter got a fruit cup that had pineapple core in it. A bit frustrating considering our total was $61 for a family of 3. Won’t be coming back.

Appreciate the drive thru at this location! Service was fast but they did forget part of my order and I had to go back:/ From my view, the cleanliness of kitchen could be better. In my picture you can’t even see all of the food on the floor. Not a great visual and it is a tripping/slipping hazard for the staff. Soup was nice and French baguette was slightly over baked.

I’ve never been to Panera, but I’ve heard it spoken highly of, so I used the Panera app to place a mobile order to pick up in the drive thru. This was advertised as a new service, and it went smoothly.

Love Panerai, but this one is understaffed. Ordered on line and got a time to pick up. Ultimately the food (one salad and one sandwich) was ready 25 minutes after the initial promised time. We did get a robo-message while we were in transit that it would be delayed.

Had the half sandwich with roast beef and horseradish, and a Greek salad. After a long flight from Canada, the meal satisfied my hunger and tasted great.

Hope you’re not hungry! We ordered a 4 person chicken noodle soup and man if your family is on a diet these portions are for you! Just not budget diet, cause at 20 bucks I think I would have rather donated to the local food shelf! Pics for proof, split 4 ways it fills a normal cereal bowl about 30 to 40 percent. The soup was 80 percent broth. Panera is know as not too expensive but more pricey then other places around here, I think I’ll stick to the other places.

Food and restaurants are subjective, so here’s my opinion. Doubtless what I experienced would hold true for all Paneras. Service? There is no service. You order and pay on an iPad. You also pick up your own order and bus your own dishes. Only a fool would tip. Food? Over-priced and tasteless. Good portion sizes, and the place was packed. I don’t get it. Same tasteless food as Olive Garden and Burger King. How do these places stay in business?

Had breakfast with the gents and took home some goodies. Excellent meeting place whether you’re alone and want to swipe, surf, or even read a physical or meet with your own crew this place is good.
