It was ok, I ordered tomato soup, grilled cheese, my croutons was soggy after I asked that they not be put in there. The cheese was to thick and not melted all the way. The honey tea was awesome.

Ordered delivery through doordash – asked for the “Toasted” Garden Caprese – recieved an untoasted mess of lettuce and balsamic vinegar – feels like Mom said “No, we’re not stopping at Panera, we’ve got garden capreses at home”

Stopped today for lunch with my daughter & granddaughter. Staff was rude, took forever for food. Didn’t realize the apple side for a kids meal was a whole apple. My daughter asked for something to cut it for her 2 year old daughter to eat. Worker was rude. She used an apple cutter to haphazardly cut it and told my daughter she should’ve asked when ordering. Had to ask for boxes. For the price we won’t be back after that horrible treatment and visit.

We were traveling and placed an order online slightly ahead of when we would be passing through Oshkosh. When we arrived at Panera’s drive through, we let them know we were there for an online order and we were told to pull forward to the window. There was a car at the window before us. We waited in the drive thru line for 15 minutes for the other car to get their food. We knew our order was ready, but we were trapped in the drive thru and couldn’t get out due to other cars in the line. Finally, my husband hopped out of the car and walked inside to pick up our order. Workers were standing around chatting, while the drive thru was now full of cars. Husband made it back to our car with our food, and we were still stuck in the drive thru line. It was odd to me that they didn’t ask the car in front of us to pull into a parking spot to wait for their food, when they knew cars behind it were there for online pick-ups. I had ordered a hot sandwich and it was luke warm by the time I got it. We won’t be stopping there next time we are passing through.

Went through the drive thru today and ordered two half size sandwiches. We were not given the pick two price so I asked the worker about it and her response was “I don’t know. I didn’t take your order”. I didn’t want to argue so we proceeded to leave and when we got home, one of the sandwiches was very very tiny… not worth $8. We spent $18 total and this is what we got. I then checked the app to see what the pick two price would be and it shows $13. Poor service today and food amount does not reflect the price.

They have a fireplace but it is never on! Cold in the seating area. Ordered one of the sandwiches with soup and was told they were out of bread. I asked what other bread they could substitute and the employee said they had no bread. Yet you could see bread in their mini bakery section. On another visit I had a chicken sandwich to which they stated they were out of cheese. Strange, but every time I go to Panera Oshkosh they are out of something. Seems like someone is dropping the ball on ordering food supplies for this location. The food is good, but staff seems confused and somewhat uncaring with customers.

Portions and quality have definitely gone downhill since my last visit. Especially for the price. The majority of my salad was big yellow chunks of iceberg lettuce. Barely any onions, avocado, tomato, chicken, bacon. Definitely not worth $14.

The workers were rude and judgmental from the start. I ordered a grilled cheese, and it was served cold with thick, hard cheese that wasn’t even melted. When I asked for it to be remade, the employees complained about having to make a new sandwich right in front of me. Completely unprofessional and not the kind of service I expect from Panera. Definitely not happy with this experience.

This location is trash. Went to get soup in a bread bowl last night for dinner. THEY WERE OUT OF BREAD!!! HOW??? Literally in the name!!! Couldnt even order a sandwich…. employees were rude about it as well.

I ordered a Chicken chipotle salad and received NO Chicken! Not the first time this has happened. I didn’t say anything this time because I took it to work to find out there was no chicken in my salad. It’s happened SO often! That’s why I’m posting this now.
