My soup was brought. It had a black hair floating on top. I brought it up asking for a new one. I did receive a fresh bowl. I ate about half of it and found ANOTHER BLACK HAIR in it. Talked to bussing person who went back to management to show them the hair. She advocated for a refund for the bowl since we found 2 hairs but management said no. They would replace the soup with another. NOT AFTER 2 HAIRS FOUND!

absolute worst experience i’ve been having with panera. Been here 3 times trying to get a certain bagel and they haven’t had it anytime. Waited in the drive thru for a few mins absolutely no answer. Doesn’t even have romaine lettuce. Not a good experience at all.

Food here has been on the decline. Expensive for what you get. They are serving smaller portions and charging more. No yellow mustard packs or Parm cheese. Won’t be going back. It’s lost its appeal. Service is slow and they no longer offer tortollini.

I wanna just warn everyone to not order the new Teriyaki Chicken & Broccoli bowl. It is definitely not worth $10.79 for what I received. I called to complain because I thought it must’ve not been made correctly. The manager told me that those are all made up in the morning, all they do is throw some cilantro & sesame seeds on it and warm it up. I thought they made their food fresh, but I guess not. The manager was pretty rude saying that nobody else had complained, but those people must’ve had it prepared differently because I don’t think anyone would’ve been satisfied with what I received for over $10. He eventually agreed to send me a coupon in the mail.

I ordered on the app at 12:02 I received a message that said it would be done at 12:22. At 12:22 I received a message that said it would be a little late. At 12:36 I asked Brianna the general manager what happened to my order she said it just showed up on her screen. She said it would be another 15 minutes. 1 hour to wait for a sandwich and tea is ridiculous and her inattention to my situation was very rude.
