Salad portion has gotten a lot smaller. Ordered the green goddess chicken cob salad and looks nothing like it. Also missing the tomatoes that were suppose to come with. Sad little bowl of salad for $13….not worth it.

I’m surprised how much the menu has changed from previous years. I appreciate the new salads. The price was similar to a sit down restaurant but without the at hospitality feel. Ordering here is a little robotic feeling and I felt a little clumsy because I don’t go to Panera often. I was sad to see many of the unsweetened teas are now behind the counter and almost $5!

The cashier wasn’t rude but wasn’t super friendly and/or chipper. Food was delicious! Tables were dirty, not clean ones available.

This place always seems under staffed with staff telling us it would take 20 minutes to get our order if we chose to stay. Seemed like they were encouraging us to leave. It was up within 10 minutes!!
Tables have not been wiped off between client at least 3 times when I was there including today. I moistened a napkin and wiped off the crumbs on my table before we sat down – not at all inviting! It seems the quality at this location has really gone done at a place that was one of my favorites in Eau Claire.
