I have visited 3 times to this place. 1st time was my worst experience because the lady was so mean at the register am trying to find some good meal ended up taking cold sandwich and salad and I still remember I didn’t toss the waste in recycle ♻️ just push to the another table that frustration i was due the meat was bad. 2nd visit was drive through smoothies smell like dirt pungent don’t know why..? and my 3rd visit was excellent at the cash register the lady greeted me well answered my questions and patiently took the order and answered my questions and make me comfortable. Unfortunately 3rd time my salad was bad. I usually go to oak creek Panera it’s nearby where I live after 3 years staying there moved to s27th location nearby Panera unfortunately I didn’t like it this location

Pecan Braid: Panera’s Pecan Braid is made using their fresh pastry dough, which is then twisted and braided, a butter and pecan filling, all topped with pecan pieces and icing. What immediately struck me as unique was the texture of this pastry. For some reason I was expecting it to be like a yeast doughnut, but it was more reminiscent of a croissant as it had a flaky texture. There’s a nice crispiness to the outer pastry and it was pleasantly chewy towards the center. The icing contributed a nice amount of sweetness, and the flavor was buttery with hints of cinnamon and pecans. I’m not the biggest fan of having nuts in my desserts, but the amount of pecans present didn’t bother me as they did not significantly alter the texture. My only complaint is Panera describes the product as “made with butter and pecan filling” so I was kind of anticipating a gooey/semi-solid center and that is not the case. I enjoyed this enough to say it’s Doughboy approved, but I don’t think I would get it at full price (I was lucky enough to get a coupon in the app).

This is what I got from this location through delivery. The bread is supposed to be toasted, as it is a grilled sandwich (which the picture on their website shows), however the bread on my sandwich was soggy and gross. I also ordered a drink and no straw was out in with my order. I normally wouldn’t think this is a big deal but it has happened more than once with this location forgetting utensils and straws. I kind of need a straw to drink my drink, I shouldn’t need to specifically request one…

They need to check their blender because their smoothies are never blended properly. I get whole chunks of ice each time and the consistency is off. Every other Panera Bread serves smoother smoothies.

This is a horrible location. They give you a child size portion of food for an expensive price. I’m not sure if that is their way of saving by rationing their food. The large portions, such as their bowls and salads, are tiny, not worth the price. They put the bread in the bag, unwrap. Who does that? Unsanitary and unappealing, they had their hands all on you container and put the hard bread on top of it. Do you think I would want to eat that. What am I supposed to do with I can lay it on nothing without being in a container. When you ask for condiments, they don’t always give it to you. They shouldn’t always assume people are going home to eat. They don’t listen, so many times I say don’t include the avocado and beans, get to work, and that’s all I see. I end up having to throw $14.00 baby container away. Their mini containers of salad dressing is a joke, and then they half filled them, and they only want to give you 1 or 2 containers. I guess they figure it matches the baby salad. They need to do better. Their food is expensive, and for them to give smaller portions is a disgrace. This is the only location that I have gone to that does this.

Several things were wrong with my order. I ordered a brownie with my turkey sandwich got away from establishment because I order through drive through and my brownie was no where to be found, but on the receipt it says I was charged! I also ordered broccoli & cheeses Mac and cheese, but got regular instead. I ordered a (bowl) of soup can’t remember the name right now and received a small cup! Also, they’re awkward towards black customers at drive through window. It’s just food treat all customers with courtesy!!!

Wow, I can’t believe my eyes. I paid 14.00 for this meal. This is what I received a half of a place that looks like it’s been chewed and spit out out. Every time go to this Paneras the food is horrible. I do not have this experience at other Panera locations.

How hard is it to have Cane Syrup out for tea or coffees… VERY is the answer. Many other Paneras all over the US have it out with the rest of the sweeteners. “Make tea the way you like it”. I get it, it’s hard to find good help. Or hard to pay them enough if you’re a holding company. Not long ago I would eat at Panera for $7-$8 it’s more than doubled, while the menu and service have went downhill. JAB and Reimann are showing their negligence.

First time at this location. I ordered a Bacon, turkey bravo sandwich with extra sauce. Oh wait no bacon (because it was not on there) so apparently it is just a turkey bravo sandwich. The extra sauce was everywhere and it looked as if my sandwich had been just dipped in it to appear tohjave lot’s of sauce on it. There was spoiled lettuce on the sandwich too. After finding that I could not eat the second half. Very disappointed in this location, I usually love Panera. Oh and nothing was stocked, no cup lids, straws or napkons.
