Ordered a broccoli cheddar bread bowl on their app. I arrived after the time that it said the order was ready. The order was not ready. When it was ready, they told me they were out of bread bowls.

First time at this location. We originally ordered on the kiosk. You have to have some type of code to use the restroom. My boyfriend asked and one of the employees told him the code is on his receipt but you don’t get a receipt from the kiosk. I spoke with a lady who told me the same thing “it’s on the receipt”. I explained to her that I ordered on the kiosk and didn’t get a receipt. She told me “well, we can pull it up on the register”. So we walked over to the register and she never came. She just looked at us. Another lady came up and I explained the same thing and she didn’t give us a hard time. She went ahead and just gave us the code. I feel like the other two employees were extremely petty to not allow him to use the restroom without the code that is supposed to be on a receipt in which we don’t get from a kiosk order. I wouldn’t bother spending money at this specific location again. First time here was very unwelcoming. Food was good tho. Lobby was not cleaned.

I give the one star to the lady that was at the front counter. She was so sweet. I visited this location I’m on vacation. I ordered my food which the lady at the counter got incorrect, that wasn’t a problem! It was the way the cook responded to the order being incorrect. I ordered a brioche bun with egg cheese and spinach. They made all that with tomatoes and avocado. I’m allergic to tomatoes. I informed the cook politely that the order was incorrect. She rolled her eyes and got defensive. I just thought that was so uncalled for. When I got the remake sandwich, finally, I opened it up to see she smashed the sandwich. I could not believe it. I just ended up just sending the sandwich back. I’m not sure what was wrong with that cook but I truly hope she heals from it. All I wanted was some breakfast. That’s an unfortunate attitude to have at 9 am.

Ordered lunch online – less than 50% of items were delivered and no one picking up the phone to help resolve the issue. No way to get ahold of the restaurant otherwise.

The associate made my experience very well. I went in for a cup of coffee and the associate kept me updated for fresh coffee. She greeted everyone with a friendly manner. Overall the Panera was clean and organized from the customer perspective. Parking can be tricky as it is in the city. There is parking lot next to the building which is nice. Oftentimes it can be full.

It is a great store. Everyone is really nice and always there with a smile for you! They made my day on Wednesday when I came in for breakfast, incredibly sweet and genuine people. During my recent visit to Panera Bread, I witnessed something that deeply troubled me. An unhoused individual came into the establishment seeking shelter from the cold weather outside. Despite not causing any disturbance, the manager chose to call the police on them, which was unnecessary and disheartening to see.
