I go to Panera often. Have always dined in. It usually very good. This time I used a Grubhub gift certificate and ordered Panera. Not something I would normally do, or do again.
Too expensive and not worth the cost. The items prices are more when ordering. There is both a delivery fee, and a separate service charge. All that and the tip was more than $100. Twice as much as eating in. And the food was not as warm or fresh.
I’ll stick to dining in.

Always a fan of Panera for a healthy fast casual option. This location is no different. Service was great, went there with my mother and they were very patient working through all the options. The Fuji apple salad is always the best. They’re not very cheap option, if you think about what it costs to get a full meal. We have the sip club so at least our drink was ‘free’.

Location change was not ideal in my own personal opinion. (I understand that if it needed to be done and hands were tied and something at corporate was out of anyone’s local control well then there’s nothing that can be done.) The first location on main street was much better such as giving the customer a more comfortable “homier” inviting feeling with more room for seating, more ambient lighting, and overall it was quieter. The second location now looks like everything else; a loud overly bright reduced space that resembles a congested cafeteria. I felt the quality of customer service and availability of menu items were better once upon a time as well but that has been everywhere for the past 5+ years and not exclusive to Panera. Food is tasty. I’m still a return customer to the company, not necessarily to that specific franchised location, but will go back if I’m in the area and need a panera fix. Overall I’m still thankful that it’s in WB and didn’t leave the area entirely.

Usually a big fan, but I went to pickup an order recently and was just told “we’re really backed up” and to pull ahead. I eventually had to leave, and the app finally updated that my order was ready 40 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. Not 40 minutes after I ordered. 40 minutes after pickup time. Reached out for a refund and heard nothing. I’ve enjoyed dining inside in the past, but I might rethink next time.

Before the Panera in west Bend moved locations they used to be very good. Since the switch the portions of food have gone way down. The chicken used to fall out of my sandwich but lately there’s been hardly any chicken at all (practically eating bread). You definitely don’t get your moneys worth!

I always order salads here and oh my goodness are they delicious!! I can see the employees here care about presentation and they never fail. They also have great tea options! I would recommend:)

A quick lunch stop for a strawberry and chicken 1/2 salad and a bowl of chicken noodle soup and a Mediterranean vegetarian sandwich. Quick walk up service, delicious orange 50% off scone and a frozen lemonade. Parking is small but soon this West Bend location will be relocating to a larger location.

Cold soup and nasty manager.
She treats her employees like machines not humans.
Good luck keeping them.

I ordered Mac n cheese to go and the container is barely halfway full. Considering all you have to do is scoop it into the container, I don’t know why it is so empty? Also I called the store to ask about it and the person who answered was rude and super short with me.
Thanks!

This is the second time I’ve gone to this location and gotten a completely wet sandwich soggy and barely edible, sloppy with all the toppings falling out. So disappointing.
