Food and service were outstanding. However I could not order from their website or on the app. It was very frustrating when I needed to get a lunch order. Hopefully they can work on that issue. Otherwise the food was great and quick. Would for sure return to try something else off the menu. The order status was pretty cool too.

When I need to get out of the car for a few minutes, this is a good place to stop for a bite…but if you’re out of avocado, please just tell me you’re out of avocado. I’m almost thankful that the brown was sticking out of of my chicken avocado chipotle melt, because when I went to cut it off, I found that the avocado was so tough, it wouldn’t cut. I removed it & ate the rest of the sandwich. If I had found it with my teeth, the whole meal would have been thrown out. It’ll be a while before my workday drive stops here again.

This place is a dump now. All dirty, service is aweful they pass by and don’t even acknowledge you. Food is super expensive now and they still want you to clean your table. No thank you but I left cause service was aweful.

What’s worse than waiting 40 minutes for your order? Waiting 40 minutes only to be told they ran out of the soup you ordered (By lunch time). How is a “fast-casual” restaurant this bad at both time and inventory management?

Usually I love this place but last time no one even came up to the register and we waited for about 15 minutes even tho the lady in the back literally looked at us like five times. It was so bad we just left with no food really disappointing from a company I love so much

I ordered a bacon avacado sandwich. It was extremely minimal at best! $21, absolutely not. I paid for bread barely covered in anything. Pictures I will attempt to include. I understand everything is expensive, but seriously? I chose this restaurant because of clean eating. Clean shouldn’t mean no eating other than bread and still pay like you get something! Very disappointed!

Unfortunately, this location is in complete disarray. Dirty tables, trash and dishes stacked so high it’s like a game of jenga, and the tables and booths were absolutely disgusting. It doesn’t look like they’ve been properly washed and sanitized in years.

I took a few photos of how absolutely disgusting their dining areas were. Never have i ever seen a more disgusting environment to eat. Sorry to be rude. But that was absolutely terrible. No tables were wiped. Seats were covered in crumbs and dried food. The tables were so close together you could hardly walk thru them. The floor was caked in food under tables and walk ways. Trash all over. The lemonades we paid for were all empty and just got soda because they said it would be a wait. Our chicken was under cooked, pink and rubbery. The bread was ok/hard. The cookie was rock hard and past expiration date on it. We took it back up the new was still was hard and kinda unpleasant. my daughter mac n cheese was extremely hot and cold and not heated well and she didn’t finish it. My receipt said a bread side, we got chips. Didnt mind either way for the side choice. They set our samiches on oyr napkins so they were full of the dressing sauce that dripped. I mean overall it was terrible in almost every way. Thanksfully the other paneras i know have been better so im not completely grossed out by the company. But I will not be back to this location. We were customer #34 not long after opening for the day. I hope this gets taken care of. My favorite part was seeing over 5 people sitting in the front by the doors talking at the table. While a couple of workers were behind the counter. As well as the girl that went to wipe a table behind us almost just dangle dusted 1 small table off and walked back to the back when almost every table was filthy.
