We decided to give this Pizza Hut a shot despite all the recent reviews and we were very pleased! Food was hot and fresh, perfectly cooked. I ordered in the app as soon as we got in the car and it was ready when we arrived (about a 10-15 min drive for us) so perfect timing. Looked proportionate and cooked with care. I ordered through the app & got the $15 deal for two items so we ordered a pepperoni pizza and cheese sticks. We will be back! I used to almost go exclusively to Papa John’s, but they’ve jacked their prices us and burn the pizza every time so I’m now an almost exclusive Pizza Hut customer.

Pizza is good as always! I took advantage of the get free breads ticks with a 5 star review! That’s a added bonus and nice customer service for buying pizza hut pizza! I really like their breadsticks, always have! The new Yorker and breadsticks, great combination! Highly recommend!

Ordered almost 50$ worth product part of my order was not given to the DoorDash driver as this location does not have drivers. Called the store and was told they could get it to me in about 45 minutes or so but it may be longer as they wont pay the new driver for their mistake or they can give me an instore credit. The food I had received at first look was parts burnt and other undercooked. So no I just wanted a refund. Manager stated they don’t do refunds, even when it was their fault and no guarantee on how long the rest of the order could take to get to me. Pizza was just how it looked one doughy and the other crunchy. Bread sticks were tasteless and it took over 55 minutes for the burnt chicken wings to make it to the house. I will not buy from this company again. And will never recommend this location. Owner was supposed to reach out about the issue that happened mid November in 3 days and it is now December and they have done nothing. Horrible customer service and even worse food.

Started out bad, the food was picked up by a door dasher and took over an hour to receive. I called the store to check on my order and the gentleman I talked to was kind, apologetic, and understanding. He replaced my order and it was fresh and hot. Definitely recommend this location. I hope all the staff and managers are as great as this man. (I wish I remembered his name)

I can start by saying I have never had French fries at a pizza hut, pretty standard crispy fries served hot and fresh, the hut box is well worth the price. Reason I decided to commend was the service, impeccable service. Friendly and warm even on a day I looked my worst. I was starting to think standard service in Indiana was blank stares and “I don’t know”. This location turned out to be about more then the pizza.
