Food took way too long AND was tiny, cold, and seasoned poorly. Panera’s standards of the early 2000’s has faded. A mini cup of soup, half sandwich, and small smoothie cost over 21 dollars. Thankfully, I had a 25 dollar gift card. I will NOT rush back.

Visited on a Friday around 12. Ordered a bowl of soup and a kids grilled cheese. At 12:50 our food was finally done… the kids grilled cheese was toasted bread with cold cheese and the soup bowl was less than half full. Hands down the slowest Panera I’ve ever been to. Definitely not worth the 40 min wait.

Manager, Anthony (Tony), has always been super attentive, personable, and above and beyond in servicing my order to satisfaction each and every time I visit. (That’s often too since I’m a sip club member.) Bravo to Panera Bread for employing exemplary staff at this W. Main location in Kalamazoo!!

Had a lunch order of 15. Veronica the catering host was amazing. Left for my meeting got a call I missed two box lunches. She jumped in car and delivered them 5 miles to where my meeting was. Please give this employee a raise she was amazing!!!!

Whatever delivery service they use, they took my cinnamon bagel with my cream cheese, twice! I finally was able to do pick-up & got my bagel & cream cheese. When I got it the last time it reminded me of the other two times I didn’t get it.

I’ve never had a rapid pick up ready despite putting it in 30+ minutes in advance. Erik haven’t picked up 25 minutes after the given time. The order was 4 sandwiches. Food is standard Panera food.

This location needs improvement. There is always a long wait, the employees appear to be angry no one is smiling, orders are incorrect, coffee is cold, iced coffee is watery, salads appear to be made the night before (soggy and brown lettuce). Panera is not cheap fast food so the service shouldn’t be sub par. This location needs a staff meeting with upper management and training on customer satisfaction and appreciation.

Got a delivery through door dash and I got moldy strawberries in my inedible fruit salad. Gross. Door dash took care of me but like come on guys that’s nasty. There’s no expiration date on this either which seem sketchy.

Today we had some soup and sandwiches at Panera bread. The food was great and the servers were really nice thank you. The food was really filling, the bread was perfect. I don’t agree with the price of the food though, not worth it to me.
