I enjoyed this perfectly toasted everything bagel with my sip club iced coffee this morning.
This is my go-to Panera locations and my orders are always accurate and usually on time.
4 stars for atmosphere because the outdoor dining is front of the parking lot.

Dec 31st 2025, pretty much empty and I had to pick something up for my wife and I from here.
It’s been a while since I’ve been to Panera, and the lady behind the main counter/bread area was kind enough to help he guide to the pick up area, instead of waiting for a call-out.
I ordered coffee as well with the syrup option, but didn’t know where the syrup was, and she helped me out again by taking the coffee from me to the espresso bar and bringing it back. What she did NOT know is I’m recovering from a knee procedure, and didn’t want to walk all the way to the bar and back. That minor gesture of kindness was something that could make anyone’s day. So, thank you to that lady who helped me 12/31/2025 around 3:45 pm.

I love Panera, hate the lack of quality that goes into making orders. I have had several orders made wrong which once or twice isn’t a big deal, but if I’m paying $13 for a meal, it’s not wrong to expect it made correctly. A simple review before bagging would’ve caught this.

I placed an order online at a non-busy time (11am on a Monday). The food was good/as expected but they did not give me the baguette I ordered.. I had to go inside (although I had a drive thru order pickup) and request it from the staff.

Waited in line for over 10 minutes while the person in front of me was getting his order. What’s the purpose of having the waiting area in the parking lot if your not going to use it. I only ordered a soft drink. Take out the waiting areas if your not going to use them.

It is so disappointing when a company continues to increase prices, but decreases what you get for it. I have come here to get soup in a bread bowl for YEARS. Today, they threw out the top part of the bowl, the best part to dip into the soup, and just gave me the bowl and a side of bread. When I asked about it, I was told you only get the top with takeout orders now. ?!?!?!?! Why is there a difference? Am I getting a discount for eating in the restaurant? Where does the top go and why isn’t it mine when I bought the bowl? The employees mocked me after I walked away. I don’t know that I’ll be stopping in here again. I was very disappointed.
