This is unbelievable, the customer service at this place is horrible. Just went through the drive through and the lady spilled my mango smoothie and didn’t even have any respect. Took my card and didn’t say one word like if you don’t like the job don’t work pretty simple. Handed me the food and didn’t say anything truly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with Panera. I went to Panera in the morning of Sunday, June 13 and it was a young African American lady she shouldn’t have a job anymore simple. Never coming back to this place ever again…….

Normally I have good experience here, but lately they have been off. I order the Mediterranean Grain Bowl without Chicken. It’s suppose to have Arugula and some hummus. Either they have a new staff that isn’t trained properly or they are out of ingredients. Either way this is unacceptable.
