Haven’t gotten the food yet, ordered through DoorDash. Had two people assigned to my order. Waited in the lobby for 45 min combined, called asking if they were busy, which they weren’t for the guy to sound high and a little confused as to why we have been waiting so long.

First of all I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt. This was the last time. There’s something in my order that is always cold, old, stale food. But what really got me what that they had scooby doo toys advertised everywhere On their boards, signs commercials. But my child got a cardboard card game. And when I asked if they had Scooby Doo toys, they told me no we don’t have those. Ummm okay…. But if you want you can buy a bucket. Yes I’m complaining about a child’s toy but that is the only reason I went back there.

Took 20 plus minutes for a double cheese burger meal. Not sure what they were doing behind the counter but definitely wasn’t good service.

It’s always the night crew 11/29/2025 at 12:00 AM , I called and specifically requested ketchup ,since I have none, for my delivery order, and the person who answered assured me that it would be there, not only did I not get any ketchup, my halfsies onion rings and fries we’re both extremely soggy and cold and wet. I didn’t have a straw and, I called back to let them know how disappointed I was and the same gentleman who promised me that there would be ketchup said oh okay I’m sorry happy thanksgiving

Went thru the drive thru. They gotta be the slowest fast food place around. Ordered 2 whopper Jr’s. Never asked if I wanted cheese on them I asked for one without lettuce ended up getting 2 whopper Jr’s w/no veggies and with cheese. Didn’t even bother to go back because they are so slow

It as been multiple years since I have had Burger King well this morning I stopped thier with my son so he could get the French toast sticks for his kids and the drive tho lady was as nasty as nasty could be she really needs to learn good manners and good Communication before he stuck at front window today showed me why I stay away from this place

I’m not sure what I just bought. French fries taste like they were refried and tasted like it as well. My order was messed up from the beginning. I ordered 40 nuggets and they did put a single sauce cup in my bags. It was a complete waste of time and money. Total disappointment. My whopper tasted as though it was sitting there all day. And the patty was completely cold. Just about everything tasted old and refried.
