So. . . I send my grown son over here to Albert’s to get lunch because I’m not feeling well. He ordered me what I wanted. . Two beef flauta plate, NOTHING on the flautas, guacamole ON THE SIDE, double beans, no rice.
This is the mess they gave him. How the hell do you eat a mess like this? I don’t feel well enough to go back and get a re-do.
Plus, they didn’t give him a receipt.
Also, this and a burrito were $29

I gave them plenty of chances. Ordered different menu items. Amd every time they messed up my order. Half the time my fries are soggy, the roll tacos are soft and not even crunchy. This last time I ordered, I decided to skip the fries but got 1 for the wife, just got roll tacos which were soft, a carne asada taco was decent and a chicken taco. I order over the phone and when I got there I told them if the food was not done yet can they add guac to my chicken taco. She saod it was already made so I got a side order. We’ll instead of checking the order like I used to before leaving , I get home only to find my chicken taco was not even in the bag. I called to ask if it was sitting in a separate bag, it was not even made yet. She offered me to come back but I was already home and wasn’t going back just to come home to cold food. They were supposed to credit me back but I was still charged the full amount. So fair warning for which they need to have a sign saying double check your whole order is in the bag because they dont know how to do it themselves. I will not be going back and now need to get my money back for the missing taco plus the guac for which I only ordered for it.

Albert’s is a local favorite with a great menu. Boasts a family friendly sit down area as you enjoy some amazing dishes. Wear your stretchy pants as you will need to roll yourself out. If you want to go big, try the quesadilla wrapped carne asada burrito.

I ordered the shrimp a la Diablo burrito. Basically a really expensive rice burrito. It looked big and inviting but to my disappointment there were only 3 shrimp, the rest was rice and they forgot the crema. For $20 I definitely expected a lot better. Chalk it up to live and learn :/

This is our goto Mexican food Restaurant when we in the East County. Alway either get their crispy tacos or thier lettuce wrap Tacos and they are the best!! Comes with ther fresh salsa and warm chips. Cant bet this place for great food and service!!

Bad tacos carne asada is just cooked with no asada bad flavor I just ask to put cilantro and they try to make me choose with pico the gallo and guacamole but they don’t put cilantro because but they put just cilantro to the menudo…. I recommend Roberto’s near Woodside be nice is not enough
