I ordered two full sandwiches online from this Panera Bread location, and the portion size was shockingly small. I’ve had Panera at other locations, and the sandwiches there were always properly made. However, what I received this time was completely different — not even close to Panera’s usual standard and honestly not acceptable. Very disappointing experience.

Paid for a steak breakfast sandwich on ciabatta and was given a an old, burnt, pork sausage croissant, I don’t even eat pork!! and I truly believe it was out of blatant disrespect based on the name and appearance of the person picking up the food!

overpriced cafeteria food. the chicken salad sandwich in particular has gone downhill. chicken salad puree served with a pinch of rotten greens, way too many tomatoes on some crappy stale bread. for $10… should have gone across the street to DiBella’s

The staff is nice , the food took a while , but my biggest problem was the condition of the place. I was going to eat there but when I saw the floors and the walls , I said absolutely not. Very dirty and the walls were falling apart. As bad as that was , the bathroom was the worst. It literally made me feel sick. It smelled like a bathroom in a night club and there was hair and piss all over the place. Definitely sticking to the washtenaw location.

I visited on 9/22/25 – The food was delicious- the problem is for lunch (4:13 in the afternoon) for 2 people my bill was $58.23 – there wasn’t a single clean table to sit at and there was food and garbage all over the floors. I had to ask for a rag to clean off my own table and no one behind the counter took that as a Cue to come out and clean the tables. They allowed me to clean the table and told me I could leave the rag on the counter. The silverware tha they put in our plates were dirty and when we asked for replacement silverware they only could offer plastic…. For almost $60 my expectations for this experience was devastatingly lower than where it should be.

I order soup and bread for my dinner. When I called to let them know items were missing I unfortunately got Quintin. I told him my bread was missing and he replied too bad. This place is called Panara Bread shouldn’t be “”too bad” should be “sorry” after all it is called Panarea Bread. Not ok to talk to a Customer that way ever. Panera never disappoints! Placed a phone order for rapid pick-up, and the process was smooth and hassle-free. My order was ready on time, and the pick-up was a breeze. Tried the Tomato Soup and Broccoli Cheddar Soup—both were absolutely delicious! A seamless and satisfying experience overall. Highly recommend for a quick and satisfying meal.

Ignored customizations requested on a pick up order. Cannot eat feta and it looks like I was given even more than normal when i stated remove feta. Food was also cold and we dont live far away. Waste of my money.

Our two sandwiches were very disappointing. My Napa chicken salad sandwich had literally one small spoon full of chicken salad and my wife’s turkey bacon bravo had no turkey on it. Really, it’s in the name……turkey! The two stars is really for the service. The order was ready fast for our take out, maybe too fast that they forgot to take time to actually make the sandwiches.

This store used to be good, however it has greatly deteriorated. The lines tend to be longer than they should be. Went there today and they messed up the order, had to go back and the sandwich still wasn’t like it should have been. I did notice that two of the people making food appeared to still be stoned so that could be the issue… This is what you might get when you order a tuna sandwich
