Came to this location last night, ordered regular fries, got curly. Ordered root beer, got Dr Pepper. Didn’t realize until I got home and thought no biggie. Then I opened my nuggets, I was so disappointed.

Came at night for dine in. Was very relax and chill environment with good music. The manager (I assume) was very friendly and helpful as it was my first time coming. Explained the menu and even when I ordered wrong he clarified that they would have made them without salsa if I had asked so next I’m not gonna slightly spice myself

The manager here was very attentive, he made sure our order came out fast and correct. Very good attitude and friendly. The food was great and hot. The restaurant was clean. I enjoyed my experience here ☺️☺️

We always tell ourselves we’re not going to go to Jack In The box because we always get disappointed but sometimes you’re hungry and that’s the only thing around and as usual they always disappoint. They have one job to make a burger and every time we get a burger there it’s always burnt. The fries are way too salty and overcooked. It’s just a horrible experience in every way doesn’t matter which location you go to. It’s always the same outcome. I don’t know why. Well I do know why it’s mostly kids working there. We waited about 15 minutes for our order although we were the only ones in the store. Our food was good although the fries could have been called ocean fries because they were loaded with salt.
There was a little confusion at the beginning with trying to understand that ordering water with an item didn’t mean I was buying a combo.
Other than that, the dining room was clean and service neither friendly nor unfriendly.

Yesterday morning Douglas at the Seabrook, Texas took my order & it was such a pleasant experience. Surprisingly, he seemed happy to be at work at 7:30a.m. I noticed that he is the team lead & that makes sense because he’s definitely leadership material. I hardly ever leave reviews, but Douglas deserves a shout out for his great customer service.

Came here sunday night after a long shift at work. Got 2 of the 3 taco combo and got a plain cheeseburger and a chicken sandwich. There were 2 tacos missing, they didn’t make the cheeseburger plain, and I asked for Swiss cheese on my chicken sandwich that was not added either. I asked for buttermilk, sweet and sour and ketchup. She gives us none of that but gives a million taco sauces, So when I get home none of that crap is in there just a million taco sauces. So I could not eat the curly fries bc I only eat them with buttermilk. My husband couldn’t eat them either he only eats them with sweet and sour. Why ask if we want any sauces if they aren’t going to give them to you. So we ended up wasting them. Gave them to a homeless guy that stays by our house.
