This Wendy’s location was so clean and well taken care of. The employees were very nice and helpful to the customers even when it’s busy. The food was definitely worth the wait. The drive seemed pretty busy when I visited but they still had it under control.

1st time in a Wendy’s in forever, and it was such a positive experience. Most fast food places are dirty with help that doesn’t want to be there. This was so clean I wouldn’t be scared to grab a stray fry that falls on the tables. The floors and bathrooms are spotless. The help is so kind and patient. They worked as a team to get our order filled quickly. No one was gossiping or on their phones. There are gluten free options like baked potatoes. Spacious seating available and handicap accessible. Modern drink dispensers with endless options. Food was tasty and warm. If we ever come back to the Cedar falls area I would eat there again. Thanks for the great experience at a Wendy’s!

We stopped by Wendy’s for lunch about 12:00. My husband was very pleased with his chili. He loves Wendy’s chili. He also ordered a hamburger. I had the $5 Biggie Bag. A burger, nuggets, fries and a drink. Both of our hamburgers, my nuggets and fries seemed to have been sitting around awhile before they gave them to us. My husband’s burger for some reason tasted like they had dropped the salt shaker with the lid open on it. Most of our lunch Just didn’t seem fresh. Now mind you we have eaten at this restaurant several times and have not had this issue before. The restaurant has always been clean and the employees have been very friendly.

I will not be returning to that Wendy’s. The first time they made it right after the hamburger was still pink. The second time I was just there and the hamburger was not completely done it could stay on there a little bit longer it’s not going to hurt it I literally almost threw up and threw my sandwich in the garbage. Keep those hamburgers cooking longer. Not very pleased
