Twice now- I have ordered a WHOLE Med &Grains Salad with extra hummus which costs $1.39 online and employees are giving half portions as whole salads. Tonight I received 1 dollop of hummus in 2 separate whole salads. When I came in to verify and ask why there is only 1.. the front counter young girl looked under the influence, could not answer my questions, did not apologize, did not offer to get the manager. I purchase this same salad with extra hummus and from all other surrounding locations and the whole salad always come with 4 dollops of hummus. I will not be ordering from this location anymore. Again- they are giving half salad portions when customers are ordering and paying for whole salads. Employees seem under the influence, no customer skills. Please do better!

Clearly management does not care about this location but here’s another review. This is how my sandwich came out looking less than 5min after I ordered and there is a hair under the spoon. But the worst part was the unprofessional and rude staff. The girl working the register was talking on the phone in her AirPods to someone in between me ordering. You could hear the back kitchen staff carrying on while they were blaring their own music so that you were hearing theirs and the restaurant’s music at the same time. Panera has majorly declined in recent years and I will definitely not be back to this location.

I placed an order for pick up and one item was missed. I called the store, and spoke to Justice. Justice immediately refunded the purchase price, and offered me a credit to use in the future at his store. He not only resolved the issue, he went the extra step. Great customer service!

Dude behind the counter had zero social skills. Not a thank you, even after being tipped. I asked for iced latte (mentioned it 3x), and got a hot coffee . Seems like that got their favorites.im not seeking perfection – just treat me like everyone else.

They’ve gotten my order wrong so many times at this point, it’s astounding. They often forget to give the sides, make the order wrong, skimp on the amount, and just got the wrong sandwich, and it was so wrong, it didn’t even have the correct toppings for the wrong sandwich. That is an impressive new low. Avoid at all costs until they get new management or something. Op, update, they refunded the sandwich they messed up, and I just had to pay additional because they messed up and it was no longer a pick two. Amazing.

Disappointed. First and last time to this location. Mac n cheese was so old and pure nasty. These do not even look the same as the pics on website. I asked for a fresh one and this is the best they could come up with. Gross and a waste of $. Girl at the counter seemed super inconvenienced that we wanted to order. All the employees were engaging in personal conversation and completely ignored me until I finally spoke up. Then they all stared looking annoyed that I was interrupting their gossiping. Avoid this location and I suggest find the next nearest one!

We picked up an order and most of it was fine. But they gave VERY little dressing for the salad so I could only enjoy maybe half of it. There was ZERO cheese on the Chicken Frontega Sandwich and VERY little chicken. After I fed my 1 yo part of a fruit cup, I found a hair in it. So I opened the other one to get some out and there was a hair in it, too! I’ll drive to Beavercreek over going to Huber location again.

Not the greatest Panera I’ve been to. Restaurant is generally clean but food was mediocre. I ordered the classic caprese sandwich and they didn’t add the mozzarella. They seemed surprised when I returned it but eventually fixed it without an apology.

Store was clean and food was good. The employee on the bakery side was not friendly and mumbled so low I had to ask her to repeat herself several times and she couldn’t remember I wanted my bagel toasted and did not give a knife with cream cheese. The employee on the soup and sandwich side was very friendly and helpful.
