Very disappointed. I work as an assistant manager at a Panera and the way the associates treat customers is very unprofessional. Tonight they announced they closed in 15 minutes multiple times because they thought we didn’t hear them. We are very aware of closing time we come every Monday. The girl closing dinning room bumped into me not once but twice and didn’t say a word. We left out 7 mins before close and she walked behind us and locked the doors behind us @8:55.

Sandwiches were excellent. Highly recommend the tuna. Best bread! Tomato soup was not good. (Think thin tomato purée) Great outdoor seating. Very clean store. Awesome drink selection. Friendly staff. Food came out pretty quick!

This location was not the best Panera but not necessarily the worst. I ordered the Napa Chicken Salad sandwich and was disappointed with the offering; very little chicken in the actual sandwich. The tables also were not very clean despite not having many customers in the establishment. The tomato soup was good.

Second time I’ve visited in the evening and second time my order was incorrect – thankfully I checked before leaving. when I called back to let them know, I was placed on hold for 5 minutes then hung up on – probably by accident but still. Instead of remaking my sandwich correctly they brought me the toppings they had left off for me to assemble in my car on a sandwich which was now cold after being in my car for 5 minutes in 20° weather. Glad I brought my own soup . Three stars because there was no overtly nasty attitude or anything disgusting done to the food, and three stars because it’s frustrating to spend $10 on a sandwich in an effort to be a tad bit healthier and it to be made wrong take twice as long and be cold.
