This location was sort of on the way in our direction of errands. Thought we’d use up the end of a gift card I had in my account. It used to be that gift cards were connected to your account or phone number. Well, no longer. Ended up stepping out of line and sitting at a table to order on my phone app. It worked, and it came out quickly. However, when I ordered on the app, I had inadvertently not changed the bread on the item, the associate knew and gave me the bread I had originally ordered from the counter. Excellent attention to detail. Our food was hot, yummy and everyone was kind and cheerful. Really good experience. Wish this one was closer to us! This should be the standard for all locations. Thanks team!

Seemed very disorganized. Team members were chatting loudly behind the counter about taxes, wages, etc. Mentioned that a regular customer, “Mr. Annoying” was about to come through the front door. Out of most bagel options. When I asked for skim milk, I was handed the entire gallon container and told to take as much as I needed. Temperature inside was brutally cold, even with the fireplace on. The carpeting, seats, and tables are all worn out and dirty.

I’m a big fan of this specific Panera Bread location. The restaurant is always clean, the staff members are nice, and I have never had any complaints with the food.

I have a Panera Sip Club membership and typically work 9-12 hours per week from various Panera locations(Mason, Kings Mill, Tylesrville, etc.) Blue Ash is my favorite.

Always incredibly slow, not communicative or friendly, and they never get my order correct. Just had my last straw after waiting in line for 10 minutes and when I got to the counter the employee wouldn’t speak or make eye contact so I just left.

Had a Turkey and Bacon sandwich for lunch. While chewing, not once, but twice I chewed on something very hard like a rock and all white that came from the Turkey. What kind of cheap Subway quality Turkey is this place using? I also had to sit on the toilet 1 hour after eating it. Low quality junk food.

I used to order here a lot, even ordered delivery pretty often, it was just easier than leaving the office. I have always had problems with them not reading my order. I always ask for butter for my baguette, but they didnt bring it. I didn’t bring it up as an issue to them, because it’s a minimal thing, and I don’t like to complain – I didn’twant someone to have to drive all the way back here just for butter. I haven’t ordered delivery in a while (it was pricey), but went for it today. I got a half salad half sandwich. Again, they forgot the butter for the baguette. Then I found a bug in my salad. I lost my appetite immediately. And sent an email in to tell them. About 45 minutes later, another delivery guy drops off an order for me. They did not respond to my email at all (no reply or call), but just sent another salad and baguette. (Who wants to eat more of something when they found a bug in it?). I know those things happen more often than we want to think about in a restaurant, I just did not even want it, so it was just a waste. Even more, inside the bag, they had another separate bag with about 30 butter packets. I obviously don’t need that much butter for 1 baguette. I thought that was very rude. (Here, you want butter? Here’s tons of butter.)

I am pretty forgiving, but after not getting any response and a bag of butter shoved at me, I felt like they were just mocking me. The food isn’t that good anyways, and overpriced. Bleh.

We were there for River Cruse. Picked a lovely night cruse. It was in October, Harvest Moon Cruse. Water was calm, weather was perfect. Truly enjoyed it.

Showed up an hour before close, they were all out of multiple items. Order taker didn’t care at all. Terrible experience. I could just tell this place was lazy from the atmosphere. Worst Panera I’ve ever stepped into.

Wrong portions. We ordered online for full order of greek salad and picked it up. Came home only to find only half container was there. Working with the manager to resolve the issue. Sent pictures to the store manager asking to charge only for half salad. I will update this posting with the resolution.
