I was not super satisfied at this location. The sandwich was not made well and even though I asked for it to be toasted, it was not toasted properly. Additionally, I decided to try a smoothie for the first time and it was watery but tasted good enough. It took a while to get my order and customer service wasn’t impressive but they got the job done. I’ve been to better locations.

Came in to eat, there wasn’t one clean table to sit at. Took 40 mins for me to receive my food, and they where out of almost everything I wanted to order. Will not return to this location ever again.

In all fairness the lady was by herself on a Sunday morning, but then got help from the manager that was sitting at a table doing paperwork while 4 people were in line, while your employee tries to make hot sandwiches….and to top it off you gave our order away, but said we already got it, nope haven’t sat down yet.

Food was average and overpriced. We walked in to a employee staring at the register. No greeting. We ordered and sat down. We happened to notice there were 3 kids in the back portion of the dining room. Two were teens and one younger. They were running through the restaurant and outdoors the entire time we were there. And we were there far too long due to not receiving out food for 25 minutes after ordering. It appears these 3 were either an employees kids or the managers kids being allowed to hang around while this person worked. Not good for business.

This is my go to panera and I always love the food especially the broccoli and cheddar soup. Today I did a pickup order through the drive through and was met by a very lovely man that seemed new. He was happy to find a substitution for one of my items as they were out and did not rush or pressure me. I love the service, love the food, and will continue going back! I didn’t get his name but the kindness he showed makes me want to come back even more!

I can’t say we’ve ever had a good experience at this Panera in the four or five times we’ve tried it, and this was the last try and we wont ever be back. Both drive-thru and in-store orders take forever, and every time we’ve had issues with something incorrect or missing. This time my “Bacon Turkey Bravo with no Bravo sauce” had no bacon, more sauce than I’ve ever seen on any prior sandwich, and CHICKEN chunks instead of sliced turkey. Maybe if the woman making the sandwiches paid more attention to her job and less attention to her phone she would get orders correct; that or management hire more competent employees.

Went through drive thru, verbally confirming they had a baker’s dozen (13)of cinnamon bagels before ordering. Paid at the window and received a box of bagels and it looked light. We parked and counter and found only 11. Went inside to correct this and they had no more cinnamon bagels. So not only did they not have what we confirmed ahead of time, but they just shorted us? They ultimately gave us two other bagels. But why not be upfront when asking if they have enough or when giving us the bagels? Did they think we wouldn’t notice 15% of our order missing?!

This store is a train wreck. It’s chronically understaffed and is dirty. I placed an order online bc I had a gift card. After getting the text my order was ready I went in to pick it up. It hadn’t been prepared yet and I waited in line for 15 minutes without being acknowledged. The person working helped people who came in the door before asking me what I needed. I cancelled my order and will not return.

The food was OK. Seems to not have much meat on the sandwich and the Avacado on the sandwich was bad. The person taking the order wasn’t too sure about things. Didn’t get pickles even tho the sandwich should come with it.
