My car was having problems. Instead of saying, “Stay outside, they were more then gracious. I will come back under better circumstances. The store was very clean, only down since it was my first time. I did not know the pick spot was a different spot than where you ordered the staff was was very pleasant

Riley was incredibly helpful and kind today when I was having issues with the mobile app/my refund balance being deducted incorrectly. Instead of getting angry or saying she couldn’t help, she was patient and resolved my issue, even though she was being pulled multiple different directions. Thank you!

I keep trying this place because of the convenience but it never fails to let me down. Thought we’d give it another chance tonight so I ordered the “Bistro French Onion Soup”. It’s supposed to come with cheese and croutons but all I never got any of that. The soup itself wasn’t even very good. I dumped it down the drain. 1 star is too many for this place. Final straw. Also there was a guy, who I assumed was an employee, sleeping in a corner booth. Classy.

I’m not a fan but it was all right. I don’t like ordering at a kiosk and the girl at the counter seemed annoyed by this. I Ieft her a tip; maybe that helped her attitude a little. I found the menu confusing but I rarely go there so that’s part of it. I thought I was ordering soup in a bread bowl and wound up with something very different. My fault, not theirs. I won’t make an effort to go back. Some people love this place so they won’t miss me.

Unfortunately, & surprisingly, not up to Panera’s usual standards. Placed order online on the app, employees seemed confused as to what the order was-a simple bagel. Very slow location, now I see why…

We had a lunch event catered and they did as expected. For chain restaurants, I give three stars if they met all expectation with service and quality of food. If they excel at something then they get more stars. Bread, veggies and meat were fresh. I recommend them for lunch or catering if it meets the ambiance of the meeting. I always enjoy the cookies!

There’s no one to wait on you. I don’t believe that I will stop there again no matter how good their food is. Tables were not clean no one was out in the area where we were eating.

This place sucks and i think i found out why. Friendly Environment” “Meal Discounts” “Opportunities”. These are not perks. Even the “up to” $13 an hour is a laughable wage. I was making that much when I worked at Panera 10 years ago. As they say, you get what you pay for.

Not a fan of the self serve system. Corporate needs a better process, its not intuitive or to revert to personal service

The inside is clean. But if you’re ordering through pick up or drive thru, I highly encourage you to check your order before leaving. Today was the third time my order was incorrect in recent weeks. To the store’s credit, they credited my card, but it’s disappointing to drive there and back and waste my time, just to have this happen. Not sure I’d go back and if I did, I absolutely would never trust that my order is correct. To check my food, see the receipt with the correct order and discover that someone doesn’t know the difference between a muffin and egg white sandwich is infuriating. The place doesn’t even get crowded, so it comes down to laziness, incompetence or both.
