Hey, if you’re heading to your local Panera that you’re expecting us, will have the appearance of everything that you love.

Delicious blueberry muffin, hazlenut coffee, really good. Service was friendly and location was clean. They did not have the self-service kiosks available, but it was fine. I recommend.

Wish they’d get their iced coffee consistent. Considering canceling my sip club because their iced coffee is so light. It’s like iced tea light. Tastes like water with a slight coffee after taste.

Today I ordered the Frontega Chicken Sandwich and the broccoli cheddar mac & cheese pick two combo… My sandwich was cold and my bowl was only half full of the Mac and cheese. Everything tasted good apart from it being cold… I’m not very satisfied with my experience today. Most other times it is much better…

I’ve been here three times and all 3 there was an issue- the first time I ordered a large Coke and they were out of large cups apparently and gave me 2 small- after I paid. Refused to give me a refund. The next two I ordered the same thing- oatmeal. I asked for strawberry without pecans. The first time it came with pecans. Figuring it was a fluke I went back with same order. This time it came without the pecans but it had blueberries. Kid behind the corner argued with me, telling me it came with blueberries. I give up on the location- horrible service and horrible employees.

Three of us ordered tea at $2.50 per cup and there was no hot water in the canister. It has been toooo long since we mentioned it –and the four people i told have done nothing about it.

Panera used to be my go to for healthy eating . Ironically they have very few plant based options beyond Salad, are over priced for what you get, and the environment is nothing special. They have no plant based soups, or gluten free options. If you order a salad that should have meat on it and try to adapt it to remove the meat, you pay the same price . Disappointing .

I never go to Panera. My experience today, has now solidified that for the forseeable future, I will not be coming back. I ordered an med iced coffee with an espresso shot, vanilla flavoring and almond milk. The service lady got too busy talking to her friend that walked in to really pay attention to what she was doing. She, handed me(rudely, I might add) a plastic cup with about an inch of liquid. Dumbfounded I just kinda looked at her. She said, “that’s the espresso and vanilla, the coffee is over there” (no almond milk I might add) and pointed to the beverage station. What reputable company charges someone almost $6 for a coffee that’s been sitting out all day in a carafe?! In addition, I literally had to make my coffee myself! Gtfo. Panera should be paying me to buy their coffee! Is it standard practice at Panera for the barista to do that? I did notice, when paying, the register asked me if I wanted to tip. WHY WOULD I TIP FOR SOMETHING THAT HASN’T BEEN MADE YET?! Is this why she treated me this way? I didn’t tip her? Well, 2 problems with that. 1, based on her service I’m glad I didn’t, and 2, if this employee is so distraught over the fact I didn’t tip her PRIOR TO HER SERVICE, seems you’re not paying your employees enough. It’s not my job to pay your employees. WHAT A JOKE. I’ll come back when the robots are making my coffee.

I usually get great service but this last visit was unusual. My order was given to me incorrectly 3 times.

Coffee was hot and fresh, Chipotle chicken, avocado melt is the best. Yes, it’s an expensive lunch, but it’s good to treat oneself every so often
