RUDE RUDE RUDE! Woman barked at me to keep counter clear after only having my forearm on counter for 3 seconds put a piece of wood up as to push my arm back! Notice the bag up there for the next person she didn’t say a word to him about it. panera’s are getting some very rude people working at them.

Great food! Warm, quiet, and calm atmosphere. I love that at Panera you can sit and talk with people without being interrupted. Ordering pickup is also easy. From order to pick up is usually very quick. Not usually crowded inside. Drive-thru lane is usually long. If ordering pickup, I recommend just going inside.

The blonde boy at the drive-through is most excellent. He remembers everything is always calm. Reminds you to use your phone number for rewards

Was ACTUALLY going to drop $18 on a bowl of chili and a sandwich. So, i went through the drive through, placed my order, waited what seemed like 20 minutes to finally make it up to the window and be told, “Oh, the cashier never rang your order in. I’d be happy make you wait another 20 minutes for your $18 chili and sandwich if you’d like to pull up…” absolutely not. Im SOMETIMES ok splurging on myself with overpriced places like Panera, but when you offer food for that price you better have competent people providing the customer service. NEVER going back.

I got the baja chicken bowl today through the drive thru on my lunch break. When I got back to work with it, I noticed several pieces of what looked like raw chicken. I confirmed this with coworkers who also thought the same and I immediately stopped eating. I called to ask what could be done and the manager told me they don’t sell raw chicken, that their chicken comes to them pre-cooked. But someone obviously had to cook it, whether it was them or someone at a factory so I was a little offended by the comment like the manager thought I was lying. I asked her if I could come back and show her the chicken so she could see for herself and she ultimately did agree to let me take it back for a refund but I felt embarrassed and just decided to wash the $12.30 meal. Plus, I had wasted most of my lunch break at that point. The manager’s statement also confirmed to me that Panera lies about selling freshly prepared foods. Taken right from their website: “ We believe in serving delicious, freshly prepared, Clean food made with carefully selected ingredients that we are proud to serve our own families.”…. I don’t think that pre cooked chicken sent from somewhere else and then frozen and reheated counts as “freshly prepared”. But they over charge for what they claim to be fresh.

Unfortunately, visiting this Panera is like going back to a toxic ex. I continue to give it chances and continues to let me down. I really don’t like leaving negative reviews, but every time I visit, something in my order is incorrect. On top of that, the staff always are in an unbelievably terrible mood or unfriendly, which makes the experience even more frustrating.

Also, if the drive-thru is going to take 35 minutes for a salad, it might be worth rethinking having a drive thru – sorry Panera, I don’t love you like I once did.

My recent venture into Panera Bread was like stepping into an episode of a sitcom where the bread takes center stage and the pastries have punchlines! As soon as I walked in, the smell of fresh bread was so overwhelming, I nearly forgot I was there to eat, not to audition for “Yeast Wars.” I ordered the Mediterranean veggie sandwich, which was so packed with ingredients I half-expected it to start its own food blog right there on my plate.

The highlight? The chipotle chicken avocado melt. It had more drama than a season finale cliffhanger—with just the right amount of spice to keep you on the edge of your seat, and a plot twist of creamy avocado that softened each bite to perfection. And oh, the bakery section—a sweet symphony where the pastries whispered sweet nothings to my waistline.

To wrap it up, if you’re seeking a meal that offers both sustenance and a side of chuckles, head to Panera. Just be warned, you might leave with a baguette that thinks it’s a stand-up comedian.

Took my grandmother out for dinner, cashier was rude. My food was good. They threw my grandmother’s pastry in a bag upside down, her Mediterranean sandwich tasted like mold. Kind gentleman behind the counter was polite and made her a different one. Staff behind the counter were loud and obnoxious for the duration of our visit.

Ordered pickup. Chicken Caesar salad was completely missing the dressing. One of the French baguettes that was given was a tiny corner piece. Tried to call the store and make the complaint and was answered by a rude girl who would “try to get her manager” but I ended up just being put on hold. Manager never answered or attempted to call back. Ridiculous for the type of money they charge.

I put in a pretty big order to go and it came out relatively fast and the order was accurate. The dining room looked clean as well as the kitchen prep area. I do find the menu a bit lacking visually. I have seen other Panera with food images and a better menu presentation. But maybe it’s just me. Otherwise a solid place to eat and you can expect the Panera quality.
