First off upon walking in the cashier was standing there with hand on face like she was Uber bored. SMH.. Secondly I place my order LG Cesar salad extra chicken, half steak & mozzarella sandwich. Waited about 5-7 min., for order no biggie. Drive 15 min., to get home only to see that my Cesar salad has no cheese and white lettuce..like the end of the romaine…needless to say I called several times no answer. I’m beyond disappointed because of the amount of money I spent. Secondly the sandwich was ok. But the sandwich wasn’t mines the Cesar salad was. And YES! I’M LIVID!! I will never patronize the Panera in Cuyahoga falls AGAIN.. F++

Paid $50 for a meal for 4, wasn’t ready on time , didn’t get my wife’s salad, didn’t get my chips, no butter for the bread and disregarded special instructions on my wife’s sandwich. Panera has gone downhill. On top of that I watched an older gentleman try to order while I was waiting. He wanted to put in individual orders by name and pay for it all on one card. Girl at the register said she couldn’t do it. No unfriendly interactions with employees but they did seem annoyed by having to deal with customers. Won’t be going back to this location.

My boyfriend and I are regular coffee enthusiasts so we know when we stubbed into a good Mom-n-Pop’s cafe and rarely go to a franchise for coffee. However, today we needed a change of scenery for our study date. We came in and order two hot lattes, one with caremel. Well, when we took our first sip, they tasted like warm sugary milk. Not a single drop of espresso was recognized. I politely went back and just requested to exchange with two reg coffees. The cashier assumed i didnt know what a latte was and further explained the portion of espresso to milk for future reference. I responded with silence due to my 7 years as a barista myself. I was expecting the supervisor to come to the FOH and handle the refund but she sent the cashier back to give me two cups for coffee. I was a bit confused. My total was $10.28, i was owe at least $5.10 back. After a call from “her” manager, she did the math and refund it to my card. Makes you wonder what would of happen to my $5 if i didnt say anything. Anywho, coffee was a bit better but Customer service experience is in need of more attention. Overall, I love Panera Bread and will try this location again. Good luck

This place is bigger than the other Paneras we have been to. They have outdoor and indoor tables. They have big tables for large groups and small tables for one person to use. They have open areas but also a private corner you can sit down and read. The price is the same as other Paneras, but the portion of food is a little less. Their customer service is fair, some staff members are friendly but others not so nice.

Ordered a soup and a steak sandwich , soup is alright but not like usual but the steak sandwich was horrible! Barely no steak in it and full of horseradish sauce I mean a lot ! Couldn’t even eat it! And very tiny lol common now !! I need my money back or credit
