Drive through service was horrible. Forgot 1 of the drinks we paid for. Had to drive back. They said everything was in the bag. Missing 2 of our pick 2 soups that we paid for. The girl who took our order was too busy hanging out at the dumpster in back talking to the boys. We watched them when we drove back to get the food they left out. These places are all mismanaged. Sad thing is, I think it was purposefully done. Serious lack of professionalism from these kids. So sad! These companies better start hiring better people or management.

Enjoyed a quick lunch at during my work break on a Monday morning. I ordered the teriyaki chicken and broccoli rice bowl and a green smoothie . Everything was pretty good, sweet customer service, clean interior. Good eats!

Souffle was uncooked this morning. It looked and tasted raw inside. Their return policy is complicated, easier to exchange, which they were nice about. How would corporate know that food is not up to a standard? So, that’s why i posted a review. Another person before us was questioning double toasted bagel. Bagel looked pale even from where we were standing. Cashier just nicely dismissed her. He said it was double toasted.

Got our orders totally wrong and overcharged us. Left avocado off both of our salads. Put the wrong cheese on the sandwich. Didn’t have the soup that was advertised. Said it was out of season. Gave me a small salad instead of a full size but still charged for large.

I couldn’t believe the size of my salad it’s supposed to be a full and it looked like a 1/2 and the bowl was barely filled. It was so bad I told them I was taking a picture of it. The chicken was very bland look like it had been boiled. $13 for practically nothing it will be my last visit.

Ordered ahead though app. Received notification that food (just Mac and cheese for kids) was ready. Arrived about 5 minutes after notification, sat in drive thru line for 10 minutes, got to window and was told they were just getting started on order. Sat for another 10 minutes before receiving order with wrong sides.

I can see why the reviews are not great for this location. Poor customer service and tried to tell us we cannot eat inside the restaurant at 7:29pm when they close at 8pm. Food is okay but not worth the effort…

Ordered the New Teriyaki chicken and Broccoli Bowl and it is nothing like the photo on the app. Was shocked that there was hardly any broccoli, completely misleading. Called to complain and spoke to the manager who was rude and sounded like she was 18. Didn’t apologize, just explained that everything is pre packaged for portion control and they just heat it up. She then passed me off to someone else who didn’t even introduce themselves. I asked who I was speaking to and she said she was the GM and sounded like she wasn’t much older than the manager. She asked what she could do to help and I asked for a credit or refund just for my bowl, not the entire order. She said I had to return it, that’s their policy. I was at home already and I wasn’t going back out. Since there was nothing else she could do I let her know I wouldn’t be ordering there again and she said ok and goodbye. I have never had a problem with Panera before. We go there all the time. But they need to get their management back on track because this was a horrible experience. And no, I didn’t eat anything from that bowl when I took the picture. Compare it to the app photo and you will see what I mean.

The Napa chicken salad sandwich (ordered today online for pickup) was not as described. It was such a mess when I opened it, I could not eat it. It was 4 slices of chicken breast, an enormous am’t of mayo, a few small tiny leaves of lettuce, and very thin slices of tomato. To the average person, this is not chicken salad. Total waste and discarded.
