I tried the Signature Take Chicken sandwich for the first time and it was disappointing and over priced. It’s a rather small sandwich that has skimpy toppings. It looked good but overall was very bland, even with the extra toppings and addition of mayo to it. It was also very dry. I didn’t want their chips or an apple as a side (included), so I chose the baguette thinking I would take it home to have with some soup later in the evening, and that was disappointing as well as it was half the size as usual. And since I was still hungry after eating the small sandwich, I ended up eating the baguette in the car. I ordered from the kiosk and even added a tip – big mistake I guess. I’ll never pre-tip at a Paneras again. You can get a better chicken sandwich at Wendy’s for half the price.

The worst series expires. This is the first time in my life I’m getting blamed for the restart messing up my order. I order kids grill cheese with turkey, even though the recipe clearly states grill cheese. That would be OK if they fixed it. But the refuse, and told me that they can’t because it would come out of they’re food expenses. Un believe, what happened to customer is right , what happened to excellent customer service??

Me and my bestie always get the broccoli cheddar soup, it never disappoints. Last time we each got a bowl, and a chicken salad sandwich to split. The chicken salad is amazing, but there was literally a tablespoon of chicken salad on each half. We figured these things happen, no big deal, so we got it again today. Same issue! The sandwich costs almost $14, and it’s mostly tomato and lettuce. Very disappointing. I still gave 5 stars tho, because I work in the industry, and I understand the struggle. The food/service is always good… just wish there was more chicken salad on the sandwich

Super clean, very trendy, ton of covid compliant tables and measures put into place. All the employees were incredibly pleasant. You had the options to order face to face or self ordering. The lighting and ambiance was warm an inviting my wife n I will definitely be back.

My daughter, and granddaughter, treated me one evening to going to Panera bread. The facility is spotlessly clean, and the employees were very kind. We did not spend a lot of money that evening. Because we just wanted to pick up beverages.
