Carefully!!! Decided to order food from this restaurant. Ordered through the app. In the application, I saw that in 15 minutes my order would be ready. But after 30 minutes, I heard someone quietly calling my name. I looked at the app, but my order was still being prepared. A few minutes later I again heard someone calling my name. I saw that the guy who was preparing the food was calling my name. I approached him, he said that they did not have something. And they won’t take my order. I really like this restaurant, but I can’t understand why such a disgusting attitude towards visitors.

Terrible experience. Places an order with the kiosk the only option for a receipt is email so I chose that, well there isn’t any service so I never got the email. Waited for my food (2 sandwiches 2 drinks) for over 20 minutes, the line for waiting for your food was complete chaos, got my food and was informed I needed to go to the main register to get my drinks… what’s the point of the kiosk if you have to go and wait in line at the main register anyway!?!?! Food was adequate but nothing special.

Been here before. I know what to expect when getting French Bag as a side. I Also order an extra piece, knowing that I have to pay. Last night they were sold out of this bread. We waited til today to get our food so I can have this bread with my order. The bread I received today is very small. I can except the bigger pieces (even though they are smaller to) this 1 piece whether as a side or the one I paid $1.69 for is NOT acceptable. Picture below. All pieces should be same size. There needs to be a better way to split the bread rather then 1 employee ripping the bread apart. Especially since an employee can choose how big the bread can be. If I was to get chips or apples slices those are measured.

The food was super hot & fresh. Even though it was during the lunch rush, we got our food in under 15 minutes. And our cashier was very friendly and apologized for the wait….glad we stopped despite the many negative reviews.

Mine was a whole sandwich turkey BLT, full size, my husband’s whole ham sandwich the bread was so much smaller by like 3 or more inches mine was longer and wider we spent $24.58 on 2 sandwiches and chips that’s ridiculous for his sandwich to be so much smaller. The people working here need to be retrained on the sizes that the bread needs to be and stop ripping off customers.

If I could I’d give zero stars. My daughter wanted a muffin and this girl just walked away and served anyone who walked in, except for us… we were just trying to get a muffin and she couldn’t be bothered with us. Worst service at Penera ever… usually their stores are fabulous. This place isn’t worth it.

I got a sesame bagel it was very good like NY bagels. They just toasted it and gave a small cup of cream cheese, I wish I had more cream cheese. They have an assortment of bakery items, different kinds of drinks and coffee.

Last night had to be the best Panera Bread experience I’ve ever had. Starting with the wonderful customer service at the register. The gentleman running the register had to be the most well-mannered young man I’ve ever spoke to and was very helpful. The food was absolutely amazing too! It came out incredibly quick, not to mention it was an order for my entire family. They did a wonderful job and the dining room was spotless! Definitely taking the turnpike home more often because this experience was unbeatable.
