Panera is good because every establishment is the same. I swear it doesn’t matter where you go they are consistent. I went to try their new Flatbread pizza. It was high priced for what it was. They also had a promotion sale but didn’t have it for the price listed. The pizza was good bit the chicken was kinda strange. It seemed almost artificial and was shredded. It also didn’t have that texture chicken normally does.

Poor customer service and no attention to detail when ordering. I picked up food and didn’t realize I was missing a sandwich until I got home. Drove back to the store and you’d think I’d be compensated for the inconvenience. How about an apology and a “Is there anything we can do to make this right?”

The cashier “Debbie” was super rude and had an attitude with me the whole time. My order was never called out and I waited for over 30 mins for a half sandwich. This place is a joke and so is Debbie.

I had a very unpleasant and very unprofessional interview with the store owner I believe I’ve ever had in my life. He seemed rushed to get the interview over and done with and stated he was leaving at 2. Keep in mind my interview was at 2. Make me wonder if I showed up on time at 2 if I would have gotten interviewed at all. On top of the fact to telling me to smile during the interview half way through it which kind of made me uncomfortable. I was also told I was gonna be payed 14 to start and he dropped it down to 12 even though I had plenty of experience. When I proceeded to ask about dress code he picked on me for wearing make up and having a septum piecing in. I then stated I wont wear make up or the nose ring he also mentioned I had to much white on my shoes. Then he proceeded to show me an employee walking by as an example of dress code which he had a nose ring, more white on his shoes than I had and mopping around like he was miserable. Then ended it we can give you a shot its up to you to screw it up. Its safe to say I probably will not work there let alone go back.

I come here strictly out of location convenience. This place is hit or miss when it comes to order accuracy and customer service. Expect that your coffee order will be incorrect. 9/10 there’s more creamer and ice than actual coffee (see photo)

Didn’t get my 2 bread bowls and there was zero communication as to why or my refund. Was forced to deal with their corporate “help line” since this is an independent franchise. Was told the store owner would contact me within 5 days for a refund and never did, chose to just steal my money instead. I won’t be back.
