Unfortunately this Panera needs some major quality control from upper management.
I have been to many Panera’s across many states and unfortunately this has been the worst location I have been to when it comes to the quality of the food. They have disappointed me ever time, and in general so has the greater Columbus area Paneras.
Soup: every time I get it, the texture and consistency can be described as watered-down. It is as if you added an extra pint of water to the recipe. Sincerely, this has happened every time, and ruins the consistently, texture, and taste.
The baguette that comes with the soup cannot be called a baguette. It tastes and has the consistency of a loaf of white whole wheat bread. I have not had bread this bad anywhere else, this is sincerely a huge quality issue.
The sandwiches and salad are always okay but mediocre at best. Usually not an ideal temperature or ingredient mixture ratio completely off.
I don’t have insane expectations for Panera, it’s a Panera… but I’ve had other Panera’s have actual good food. So location falls very short in comparison. They definitely have a 1-2 people on it staff seeming to try to hold things together while the rest mess around.
Some district manager to another, I suggest a district manager get over here asap.

Had a super chill visit to Panera today! Everything was top-notch from start to finish. The vibes were totally relaxed—perfect for unwinding or catching up on some work with a coffee in hand. ☕
The food? Amazing as always! Seriously, you can’t go wrong with any of their choices. Plus, the staff was super friendly and quick with the service, which made my visit even better.
Definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a cozy spot to grab a bite or just hang out.

I only go through the drive thru – I cannot review the inside.
I go through the drive thru at least once a week. I get the same thing- The Ranch Cobb salad is so good ! Thank you for giving 2 Ranch salad dressings instead of 1. It’s a big salad, it needs 2 .
I think the Ranch dressing has changed recently. Within the last month or so. It tastes different- the current one tasted bottled whereas the previous one tasted homemade. The Previous one was fire, now it’s alright….
Drive thru is fast, and friendly. However, I did stop asking for chicken added to my Ranch Cobb salad as after twice, I got the salad back to my home or office, no chicken. Argh. I hate paying extra for no chicken added. You are my fast food stop. You offer Much better options than what’s nearby.
So it’s been a few weeks since I gave this review, I just went through drive thru. Ordered a full sized Ranch Cobb Salad and full sized Chicken Salad sandwich, paid for such. I Got to where I needed to go, opened bag to discover Half salad .sadness. Well that was my lunch. I guess smaller now. . I haven’t opened the sandwich as that was to be dinner. I hope it’s correct.
EDIT 5/22. Eeek!! Beware ! I got my usual Ranch Cobb salad. It was in full -size container (as ordered,) but there was hardly any lettuce in there. I think I could count the pieces of lettuce. I don’t think it was over 15. Seriously. It was less volume than what a half salad would be. Then, My coworker who ordered the Turkey cheddar sandwich opened it to rearrange the tomatos that had been swished out and was shocked to find black grit on the cheese. We both touched it- it was grit ! Definitely had a texture. Was it from the lettuce ? I hope not. The mayo? The Bread? Was it dirt ? Looks like the cheese perhaps fell on the floor and then placed on sandwich . Please see attached pictures. I began to suspect my salad wasn’t a clean I would have hoped. We both tossed our respective meals. That was THE LAST Panera trip for us both. Never again . Too bad as it is close. But nope. Done ! I’m reducing my stars

I placed an online order for a smoothie and one iced coffee with caramel syrup, which was denoted in the ‘Customize’ section of the website. When I picked up my order inside the ice coffee cup was empty so I stood around and asked if I was to get it myself, a staff member told me yes then walked away. I waited again and asked the same member where the ice coffee was and she showed me. I had no problem retrieving my coffee myself, it makes sense because you don’t want the ice to melt, but there were no instructions or warning. There was also no caramel syrup to be found so I had to wait for the staff member again to ask for it, she said she would put it in a second cup and I said okay, no problem, thank you. She came back with actual caramel in a cup, I’m not familiar with Panera but I figured it would be the dissolvable syrup you find at other coffee joints. She informed me next time I need to identify when I order that I want caramel and they will have it in there beforehand. I asked if you do that in the customize section, she said yes, and I replied that I did do that. She told me okay, bye have a good day and I left. When I got back to my desk at work I attempted to whisk in the thick caramel all of which settled to the bottom of my coffee and stuck to my straw. None of this is a huge deal, I just wish I was provided with the traditional syrup flavoring instead of hard caramel.

For some reason this location always has rock hard chocolate chipper cookies. I don’t have this issue at any others Panera locations. Just hoping to make them aware since I can’t really send back a cookie. Otherwise great food/ service.

Online order of chicken noodle soup, grilled cheese and a Mac and cheese. Mac n cheese was mushy but the kid ate it ♀️ Grilled cheese mushy not like one ever ordered before but I ate off of it out of hunger ♀️
My order- I’m not kidding you when I say there was a couple part to a noodle and 1 piece of chicken. (Pic of dumped broth) The rest was broth. I called and the manager was very helpful and said he was doing a new chicken and noodles and would replace it. Drove 15 mins back. He did replace it but it’s absolutely disgusting. It tastes like what a wet dog smells like. Husband says “Hot dog water” I’m very disappointed that was $30+ wasted. I will be contacting corporate bc this is below any expectation from any Panera.

I was so disappointed in the amount of green core stems versus lettuce. The chicken looked like it came directly out of a can. The price was too high for the quality of the meal. The strawberries were great and the poppy seed dressing was perfect.
